Coordinating the time was very simple as he was always quick to respond, we agreed on a time, and he showed up at the very beginning of the agreed upon time window. In person he was very friendly, and while my project required a few additional steps (the fireplace being taken to a specific recycling facility, and paperwork proving its recycled status), Tao was more than willing to accommodate these unique requirements.
