I saw the price list on that website page then told them to go there without clicking. The point is that page (without clicking anything) doesn't show the extra fee, and we were disappointed of that. The wait wasn't long, 15-20 minutes, maybe, and they had good magazines. I saw Dr. Lenaburg, a mature man with a pleasant manner, and within 30 seconds of looking at my "bites" he said they weren't bites at all. They were small infections that had spread and turned into a larger skin infection. I had just returned from a trip to Bimini where I was wading through the mangroves (the "Healing Hole," in fact!) and I probably got it there. He explained everything clearly. The doctor here has repeatedly terrified my family with exaggerated "what-ifs" and worst-case scenarios just to push us into unnecessary tests and specialist visits -- only for every single result to come back completely normal. For example: we were told, in a panic, to rush to the hospital for x-rays because "it could be the kidneys, pancreas, or gallbladder about to rupture." Terrified, we did exactly what she said. The hospital confirmed everything was fine. When we showed her the results, she brushed it off and said she didn't "trust that hospital" and that we should go to another one with "better machines." This is not an isolated incident -- she's done this over and over again for years, not just to me but to every member of my family. One by one, we've all left her care because of the emotional distress she caused. On top of that, her bedside manner is appalling. She's rude, dismissive, and speaks to patients as if they're a nuisance rather than human beings seeking help. The clinic staff isn't any better. They never pick up the phone, constantly "forget" to send lab results to specialists, and have caused procedures to be canceled because they failed to follow up. I've never encountered a medical professional who makes patients more anxious instead of reassuring them. Beware of this clinic -- they prey on fear, not medicine. I would strongly advise finding a doctor who actually cares about your well-being instead of exploiting it.

You walk up, call a phone number on the door and tell them you're there for a Covid test. Someone brings you out a clipboard which you fill out. You wait 20-30 minutes in line outside, get your nose swabbed, then get the PCR results within about 24 hours. The first time I got a PCR test, I didn't get the result emailed to me in 24 hours and when I called, it sounded like the lab was running behind, but they got it to me in about 28 hours. So nice to have free PCR tests! Thankful for them.
