Why treat people like this? To save money paying for a reception? Treating patients as employees? Patients don't work for you, Quest. You make money off of us, that isn't good enough for you?? You put your clinicians into the awful position of exercising this cruel treatment on regular people. How do they feel about this exploitation? This is not how business works. You offer a service that expects specimen drop off, it is unacceptable to demand patients wait as a "walk-in" "appointment". Drop offs are NOT appointments. You'll get your results emailed and posted on their healthcare sight for your eyes and your physician's only through your account upon signing up. If you have an appointment arrive early and you'll be out in no time especially on a slower day, which varies week to week. If you walk-in and can't be seen right away, they can try to fit you in later in the day or hopefully schedule something in the same week. Your first visit you'll encounter some invasive questions about your personal, psychological and sexual life, which is very standard. Always try to be open and upfront as possibly especially if you're nervous so they can help better assist you and vice versa. Sex is nothing to be ashamed of and knowing you status is one of the most responsible thing you can do. You're in good hand here.

I went to the Studio City location, it was very clean, masks are required. Was helped almost immediately, had to show QR code, ID, and email address on file. They did a anterior mid-nasal swabs that extend less than 1 inch into the nose - exponentially more comfortable than standard invasive swabs. Results are accessible via the Sameday Health admin portal. Patients receive a live link via text and email alerting them to login to view their results. This was a very easy process, very nice and clean location. Parking at this location was very easy, they do have metered street parking, or you can park at the bank behind it. Sameday testing always comes through! I blew threw my stock supply of home test once knowing I was positive. My OCD had me testing nearly daily, I wanted it gone since me and fatigue don't fare well together. I test privately when not in the states and test solely with Sameday when I'm in town.
