We just experienced the worst service of any car delearship in Laredo. It was a complete waste of time and not to mention the lack of ethical behavior. We had been shopping for an F-150, the first deal fell through as they claimed we did not fill out the credit application correctly. The next thing we know is that the truck had been sold. Two weeks later we receive a call from the sales man stating he has another F-150. We decide to look into it and he mentioned it would be less expensive as it was a 2023. The price of this particular vehicle was listed online was $35, 487. He then proceeded to send us a four-square that stated this price plus the numbers for a trade-in. We had received the out the door price of $31,171.22 as shown on the attachment. Twice, we went in and the price now appeared as over $39K (also shown). This is false advertisement and bad business practice. They claim to want to earn our business and yet they have upped the price of the vehicle for a reason they cannot explain. They claim a second inspection was needed although the vehicle was already on the lot and was test driven. Needless to say, we will not be purchasing a vehicle from Ford Laredo. read more

I had my truck over their for transmission oil change and the rear view camera Camera was still messing up My gas tank was empty The mileage in and out was the same on the invoice was the same and they called me that they test drive the truck to check the transmission so their is a discrepancy right their They broke the ford emblem on the rear of the truck Reprogrammed my truck and erased the tunner I had in it And Jose A. Trash. In one word that's what sums up this dealership. The dealership ties with the average service you get in town. Wife and I only give business to those who care about customer service. Ended up getting loaded car that was pricey in San Antonio. All in Laredo just take the 2 hour drive north. It's worth it. You get respect and a better deal. The service here is a rip off too. Always try to oversell you. No real integrity here at every arm of this dealership...run. Don't look back. This place is; horrible. read more

Laredo,Tx My truck has been sitting in the shop for more than a week now, the truck wont shift ( transmission issues ) they don't know what is wrong with it, I don't get updates, I have gone twice to check and speak to someone there, they took my truck out of the shop and worked on other vehicles, hope they called Ford manufacture to get technical support, don't know what to do at this time. paid my truck payment and insurance, but not being able to drive it is terrible, looking into buying a Chevy hopefully they have better service. so much for being a happy / proud ford customer. read more

Worst service ever!!! They recommended us a service to fix a problem to our BMW. It didnt fix it but they never accepted to give us a refund. When we came to ask for the refund the manager treated us as liers and didnt want to know anything about the supposed "warranty". He didnt even try to find a compromise he just sent us away with no worries of loosing a angry customer. The best he offered to us is to do it again with a 10% discount. Best Dealership in Town! I've bought several vehicles here and I will continue to do so. I've Never had any issues. My salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable, Even the manager came out to thank me. I don't know what happened with these other comments.... but for one I wouldn't service a bmw at a ford dealership. It's common sense......and I'm smart enough to know that you don't have to drive two hours to buy a car. It's like saying I'm going San Antonio to buy an iPhone because it's cheaper.... it's a franchise folks...manufacturers put out rebates and programs for ALL dealerships. It all depends if you run into the right salesperson or manager. Don't be ignorant either and waste your time because at the end of the day you will service your vehicle here in Laredo and not out of town. This dealership is not even entitled to a one-star rating. i had to check 1 star in order to submit for review. Incompetent personnel and supervisory staff seem to be the norm at this place of business. After nearly 2 1/2 months at this dealer for repairs, ($900) out-of-pocket expenses, and a $10K billing to the extended warranty company, the vehicle was returned to me and all systems were certified and presumably checked for the proper operating protocol. The following day, after finding an extensive fluid leak and stain on my driveway, a competent independent professional mechanic subsequently discovered previously non-existent fluid leaks to the transmission coolant intake line and damages to other previously non-existent engine components, radiator coolant parts, damage to the front wheel well covers and missing retaining screws, and body damage to the undercarriage of the cab and the cab mounting posts. The cab was not squared properly, and the driver side door ground and rubbed against the left front fender rear gap because of the non-disclosed and nonvisible damages caused by Sames personnel during the shoddy "repair". The vehicle was returned to Sames and eventually returned to me on 3 different occasions. Finally, I was advised that the vehicle had a faulty "radiator leak" diagnosis, and the radiator needed to be replaced. Sames Ford also advised me that the full replacement of the radiator was covered under my extended warranty minus my deductible. None of these mechanical issues existed before the vehicle was brought in for service. All of the damages were caused at the dealership during the apparent original repair. The damage to the underside of the cab and the mounting components was discovered by an independent auto body shop. According to the professional auto body shop service writer and repair staff, the damages to 3 of the cab mounting points and surrounding area were caused when the cab was dropped either during initial removal or upon replacement. The undisclosed damages to the underside of the cab and body are extensive. Sames never disclosed the damage caused by the service personnel to the underside of my vehicle. I was aware of the damages noted by my mechanic since the first time the vehicle was returned for improper service. Each time the vehicle was returned to me, Sames personnel certified in writing that all systems were operational and they deliberately did not disclose the undercarriage damage and they certified there were no issues. I declined the repairs and towed the vehicle from Sames to a qualified mechanic, who subsequently diagnosed the leak as originating in the coolant reservoir and not the radiator as diagnosed by Sames. The replacement part consisted of an Oring seal for $4.98. Additionally, I discovered on 3 seperate occasions, during test drives, Sames personnel programmed my pre-set Sirius radio stations to local Mexican radio stations with a corrido format and reprogrammed my driver side seat to a reclining position. It is apparent that the "test" drive covered a long distance since half of the full fuel tank was expended and it is noted that it would be very difficult to listen to the engine or drive train components for a proper evaluation with blaring Corridos del Puma blaring from the sound system. DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. YOU WILL REGRET IT. read more

Worst experience from the service dept. Stranded in Laredo from San Antonio with a Ford Focus that was not even plugged in for 9 days. No rent car, no loaner, no way to get back to San Antonio. 15 days and the car is not done. William Weber made no amends to get me back to San Antonio (loaner, rental, shuttle, etc.) and no consideration for me being without a vehicle for 2 weeks maybe going on 3 wks. Hopefully, this is not how they treat most of their customers. I still have to get back to Laredo to pick up the car. Someday. Hopefully it's not going to require too many more trips. read more
