I ask to get me a diagnostic the guys told me it was my alternator and it wasn't, it was just terminal post from battery been loose they made me spend 650 plus a night in laredo and hotel expenses for nothing and that not it tho, the new alternator was not properly installed screws where sticking out and grind off the belts inside luckily i was able to make it back ... I repeatedly ask to double check everything the first time and when I came back ... The next day my car was was doing exactly same thing and then all the dashboard ligth came on and also it was choking like if it was out of gas ... to make a long story short they didn't plug the wiring back correctly i let the them seat on the of the engine ... i had to pay to have all that corrected then they left some bolts loose from engine mount ... after I told them to take their time repeatedly to do the job ,they just ignored me. And it was too much ... i really wish I get some of what I expend reimbursed

Two hours later I'm driving down the road and not only is it running rougher than before, the car stops running in the middle of traffic. I limp my car back to the shop for them to fix the problem but in the end, they threw up their hands and said there was nothing they could do, and then tried to blame me for it. Now my car won't run at all. I think What they did here is criminal.

    Do not even attempt to go to this shop. They have poor customer service. They supposedly order…read moreparts yet don't arrive. One star is being generous considering they waste your time and are rude to customers.

    I had a very poor experience with Virlar Automotive Group in Laredo. The pricing was changed…read moremultiple times without explanation--first quoted at $130, then increased to $420 the same day. When I asked for a breakdown of the charges and clarified that I only wanted one part instead of two, they refused to explain the pricing or provide details. When my father went to pay, he was not given a receipt and was told they "Don't provide receipts," which is very concerning. The vehicle was dropped off at 9:37 a.m., and by 2:43 p.m. we still had no update. Despite being told I would receive a call back and that I could check in at 2:30, no one ever contacted me. When I called to simply ask whether the car would be worked on--since I was going out of town--the staff member I spoke with was extremely rude, dismissive, and unhelpful, Condescending stating she didn't care about the situation and telling me to just come pick up the car. The manager also provided inconsistent information, including giving his name incorrectly more than once. Her behavior took me out of character; it made me ill to the point of shaking. Overall, the lack of transparency, refusal to explain charges, no receipt provided, poor communication, and rude behavior from both management and staff made this a very stressful experience. Customer service was completely lacking, and I would not recommend this business based on how this situation was handled. They do not deserve 1 star.

    Today of my appointment, scheduled for 1:00 p.m., I was told the service would take between 1 to 2…read morehours. However, it ended up taking over 5 hours for my vehicle to be attended to. This delay caused significant issues for me, as I had carefully planned my time in order to return to work. Because of this, I lost an hour of work and had to pay for three Uber rides since my truck wasn't ready in the estimated time. Additionally, when I asked about my truck, a woman responded unclearly and unhelpfully, saying that if it wasn't in the front, it must be in the back. My truck was in the back of the building What frustrated me the most was that, even though I had a scheduled appointment, they left my truck for last because they "had work from the previous day." I find this extremely disrespectful and poorly managed. I do not recommend this place, as they don't respect their customers' time or honor scheduled appointments, even if you show up on time.

But previously, when I first got these tires they gave a 2 hour wait and actually took almost 5 hours! What is this? I see the A"techs" just there walking slowly and mostly staring at each other of at the vehicles, with no sense of urgency. This is unacceptable, the only savings grace for this place is the deals and sales they have in tires. But its almost not worth the money in all honesty. Hire better employees, not just anyone that shows up.

    I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership. My truck has been there for 10…read moreweeks waiting on a transmission, and throughout this entire process there has been very little communication or sense of urgency. I understand that parts can be delayed, but 10 weeks without a clear timeline is unacceptable--especially when this is my primary vehicle. What makes it worse is that the dealership has not been willing to offer a loaner or any type of temporary solution while my truck has been out of service for over two months. Customer service doesn't end when a vehicle is sold. When major repairs are needed, especially something as significant as a transmission replacement, there should be better communication, proactive updates, and some level of support for the customer during the wait. At this point, I'm frustrated by the lack of urgency and accommodation. I hope they improve how they handle situations like this in the future because no customer should be without their vehicle for this long without meaningful assistance.

For a few minor problems with my doors I did not see my car for a month because they were "overflowed with service" just to get my car even worse. Now I have to take my car back for another service call they said my car had , they never fixed the main problem and now my car is worse. If you tend to need service drive to Edinburg or San Antonio because in Laredo it just isn't it if u need good and fast reliable. Dont take ur vehicle if u want to wait 2 months for a minor problem.
