They have a small lounge area, but they do not allow pets, which I find annoying, most us drivers have a pet or pets with us on the road, they can't expect you to sit out in the 95 degree weather with your pet., but thankfully they allowed us to bring our pets inside, as long as they were in there carriers, (small dogs) A good variety of hotels down the road, there's a few that will come get you, taxi ride isn't awful, under $20, most hotels are under 4 miles away. Day 1: got here 1pm, waited until closing and had to leave so stayed at Pilot, 5 trucks ahead of us at this point Day2: got here about 7:50am, told only 1 truck ahead of us, got pulled in about 5pm. Close to 6pm they tell us they will be able to have the truck ready to go on about 30 min! They close at 7 so we were very thankful and excited they were going to have us done by closing! Really don't see why Google reviews all the people that reviewed left poor ones, I guess it depends on exactly what is wrong with your truck/vehicle, if parts need to be ordered and how many other trucks are ahead of you! Staff here is pretty awesome too!

Communication is practically nonexistent. Days go by without anyone calling to explain what's wrong with your vehicle or provide an update. Trying to reach someone by phone is almost impossible. Calls go unanswered, messages are never returned, and you're left wondering what's going on. Even simple services are taking far longer than they should. There are no shuttle services or loaner vehicles available, leaving customers stranded while they wait. The service advisors don't seem properly trained. They struggle to explain what services are being offered and don't even know how to look up warranty information correctly. That's basic knowledge that customers should be able to expect. What's even more disappointing is the leadership. While customers stand in line waiting for help, the Service Manager appears content to sit in his office instead of assisting his overwhelmed staff. When he finally does come out, he's rude and dismissive rather than trying to resolve concerns. It's obvious something changed in management because this is not the Honda service department I knew for years. The professionalism, customer service, and efficiency that once made me choose Honda have completely disappeared. This department has damaged the reputation that Sames Honda spent years building. Evelyn Sames needs to take a serious look at what's happening in the service department before it drives away even more loyal customers. If this is the direction management has chosen, they're running a once-respected service department straight into the ground. I never thought I'd say this after more than a decade of buying Hondas, but I will think twice before ever bringing another vehicle here at Sames Honda.
