You're really gonna bring your car when we're about to close" I was caught off guard and responded "oh I'm sorry I thought you all closed at 7". He rudely responded with a no. It's so sad how one worker can ruin the experience for a customer. I am sad that I wasn't even able to experience the service since I was so upset with how I was spoken to.

But I never requested any computer check because my car didn't have any service lights 'on'. But I just wanted for them to give me the report on my car and get out of there. Because the day before I left my car like at 08:30 and I was told they would be done with visual inspection that same day but I called at 5:30 pm and was told they didn't have time to check it and if I wanted to leave it overnight or pick it up and bring it again in the morning. Not even an apology for not calling me in advanced so I could make plans to get a ride for work the next day. After running diagnostics, tech (walter) quoted work to be done at $140. In a normal shop, the diagnostics fee would be waived when the work is done there or so I thought. So I okay the $140 work to be done. When I went to pick up the car, my total was $240 because I was still being charged the diagnostics fee. So okay, charge to experience. Mistake number 2-hoping to get a better experience and supporting local business (yeah right). I bring in another vehicle. Receptionist prints on the deposit receipt (now they call it deposit instead of diagnostics fee) the TWO PROBLEMS that need to be worked on. Tech quotes the work for $240 and PLUS, of course, the diagnostics fee for a total of $340. When I went to pick up vehicle number 2, only ONE PROBLEM was done because, according to receptionist ma elena, tech walter did not see the other problem on THIER VERY OWN PAPERWORK. They wanted me to bring back the vehicle, they will work on it BUT I HAVE PAY A THIRD TIME even if it was THEIR MISTAKE, and this time, they also charged me sales tax while the first one, there was none (got lucky maybe because I was complaining so much they forgot). Told them, I will ask my lawyer to look at it and we will see them in court. Pls. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.........

The change in my car's appearance is beautiful, but more important on hot days the interior comfort is amazing, the air conditioning is working less, to cool the car much better. Yes, ceramic tint was more expensive, but now I no longer feel the sun on my face and arm coming through the window. Price was fair, and quality of work and attention to detail was outstanding. They acted like if they didn't remember the price they gave me and tried to give me a higher price. When I received my car I checked if my car kit ( that included my car cables and other stuff for my car ) was in the car but it was missing. I called and the lady took a min but ended up confirming that they had it and told me that the guy that was fixing my car had forgot to place it back. Over all if you just have written confirmation and agreement and make sure you don't leave important stuff in your car you should be fine.
