I went with him because Kendra speaks mostly Spanish. I admit I was a bit skeptical, but I was willing to give it a go because I needed my son to be well. She focused on his hands for the entire 1 hour. She is fantastic, kind, funny and has a great disposition...best of all, she knows what she's doing. My son said his hands were so much better after a one 1-hour session. The numbness was gone, except for the fingertips in one of his hands, swelling was completely gone the following day. He made another appointment with Kendra same week before returning to MI. A week after his first appointment, I spoke to him and he said the swelling, numbness and pain are completely gone. 2 appointments, that's all it took. This time I saw Lisa for the first time (I've previously only worked with Rosie), and she was so kind and had such calming, wonderful energy. She was very intentional from the start -- asking detailed questions about where I was experiencing pain and how she could best help me. I told her I'm 14 months postpartum and have been dealing with "mommy wrist" in both hands for almost 10 months now. I wanted to provide an update on what happened after I called the police. While the police were interviewing the workers at the business, they requested access to the security camera footage. During this time, the masseuse was acting very strange and repeatedly kept touching her pocket, which immediately raised concerns. The police gave her one final opportunity to conduct another search. The officer also asked me if I wanted to search the premises myself, and I told him that I wanted the entire place searched, including the masseuse, her pockets, and everywhere else thoroughly. Shortly after, the owner arrived and began speaking with the police. Then, unbelievably, the masseuse walked back into the same room (room 008) we had previously been in, came back out, and suddenly claimed she had found the missing item. She told the police it was supposedly under the pillow. What makes this highly suspicious is that she had already searched under the pillow and through the NEW sheets while I was present and stated that nothing was there. Now we're expected to believe that it was somehow hidden in the crack of the massage table (according to the owner stated on my friend's review) the entire time. That explanation sounds very sketchy and raises serious concerns about the credibility of what actually happened. STILL never coming back. The masseuse got caught.
