And wow... that potato is huge. Easily feeds two or three people. The brisket usually has a perfect bark and seasoning, though occasionally it leans a bit salty for my taste. But more often than not, it's just right. The sausage is excellent -- a coarse grind with a nice snap from the casing, just the way I like it.
