I was sitting on it! How could I misuse it?! Eventually they agreed to pick up and fix it but not before I had to fight with them to do so. Everyone makes mistakes. It's how you deal with them that makes all the difference. If they had simply apologized and fixed their mistake, I wouldn't have to be writing this bad review.

Mauricio directed his staff and communicated with me on the progress of the work. I am so pleased with the final product that maintains the mid century style to make it aesthetically beautiful and also functional. We had two chairs that we loved to death over 25 years.  When we looked for new chairs, nothing…read morecompared, so we started looking for upholstery specialists.  I was a little nervous about taking my beloved chairs to Wild, so I started with a few pieces that needed repair that I wasn't so in love with.  They did an excellent job.  I took the chance and talked to them about the chairs. Net/net, they did a fantastic job!  The only issue was that it took a long time to get the leather we wanted.  Since they are a small shop, they don't have the quick access that a larger shop has.  However, once they had the leather, it took just a few weeks to complete the job.  Another thing to be aware of is that they couldn't do pick-up and delivery.  I had to get the chairs to them and back home, which we did.   We are so happy that our 25-year-old chairs look like new.  If you have the time to wait and the ability to get the items to them, I highly recommend their services!

I told him I'm not paying him for doing nothing and just to leave and supposedly talk to his manager. So he went outside and called his manager and then came back (tried re-entering without knocking) only to quote me $1,000 to take my table to the shop, which needed glue basically, and then $150 for labor ++. I didn't even pay that for the table. He then said he could try and epoxy that might not work for $580. They were terrible to schedule with. This is the epitome of bad business and advantage-taking.
