Our Nissan rogue flashed a warning that there was no oil in the car and to pull over immediately. Which we did. We were confused because there didn't seem to be any oil leaks, and the oil plug looked like it was still in place. (my husband neglected to tell me he stopped checking the fluid levels monthly.) As our previous auto mechanic closed his shop, we hadn't had a chance to find a new one. So we looked on yelp and noticed clutch auto was only a few miles away although they seemed fairly new. They had only a couple reviews, but they were positive. So I decided to give them a try and called them and made an appointment for the same day and had the car towed to them. They did a full inspection and did not see anything wrong with the oil other than it needed it. They suggested an oil change however their inspection showed that there was some work that needed to be done on the suspension I requested photos however they had already taken them, which really impressed me seconds later they sent me a full report, including photos showing what needed to be repaired and why. By the end of the day, all the work was done. And I picked it up the next morning. I'm really impressed that they did NOT try to say other work needed to be done, as most other places would. Instead they were honest and explain that they would consider the suspension was in the yellow zone needing to be done soon, but could be put off a little bit if necessary. The cost for a full synthetic oil change was much less than five minute oil, However, I asked if they had a senior citizen discount they did not however they did have a 10% off first time customer discount, which brought the full job (oil change/suspension work) significantly in price.

It was brought to my attention that my check engine light did not work and after bringing it to a shop I was informed that there was electrical tape covering my light. I have not had a single person touch or work on this vehicle until now so all fingers point to these guys so I called them. At first I just ask for the service report to determine whether they had record of my vehicle or not which they did and I even personally spoke with the guy who worked on my truck. But once I brought up the tape he immediately became defensive and kept saying I bought a used car it could have came from anyone when I brought the truck back to him with a check engine light. I also have this whole conversation on recording but Moral of the story I had to pay 200$ because instead of fixing the issues they used electrical tape to cover it up.

Amco international sells their name to private parties as a franchise after pain 3900 and one dollars and $.36 Aamco Tempe chose to not honor there 100,000 mile or 36mon warranty . When clearly under both 3yrs and barely at 40,000 mile ! Over $600 in towing with no results I was recommended the to transmission center . the moment that I walked in and sat down with Joe I felt at ease , and instantly I knew that my vehicle was gonna be a good hands not only did he have a quick turnaround but he also installed a remanufactured transmission with heavy duty components and a heavy duty transfer case for not near the cost of the transmission I pay for at Aamco . Joe and his crew know what they're doing and they really care about the customer and when I was paying which I was really in no position to pay for another transmission .One of the techs stage my car outside so it would be ready for me to jump in and go but I had to go home to get another credit card when I came back they had my car backed up with two cars in front of it so nobody would mess it or t try to take my Yukon . that act alone right there tells me that they care because They didn't have to do that I think joe pricing is fair the quick turn on service was amazing Joe is a stand up business and his compassion for people who have gotten abused and taken advantage of with other companies is amazing .
