I have had almost the exact same experience with the shop as Jessica down below mentions in her review. They had my car in their shop from November 3 till about two weeks ago and when I picked it up, they hadn't even fixed a giant hole missing in the grill. Alberto said, "oh they missed that and he'll order the part now." Jessica mentions they won't answer her calls and the same goes for me. Yesterday I called Alberto's number he called back and as soon as I spoke, he hung up on me. Just now I was on the live chat for the shop and whomever was writing me said Alberto is out of the country. and he's back next week?!?!??.call when you gets back. That doesn't explain why he called me back yesterday. I'm at my wits end. Last week shop employee named Todd called and said that I haven't paid my thousand dollar deductible which I paid before work even began. I'm still waiting for a resolution to this. In Jennifer's review below, she mentions $1000 job trying to $4500 job. Since my car was out of commission and I am a cancer patient in active treatment. I have spent at least $1000 on rideshares to and from chemo infusions. To top that off I'm also an active Lyft driver!!!!! It's my only source of income outside of Social Security. This repair shop has saved my ass more times than once. Not only are they hard workers who enjoy their job, they genuinely care about their customers. I came in for an oil change and brakes, it ended up being more expensive than I expected because I didn't expect the back breaks, but with their financial aid I am able to get my car fixed with no money down today! SOMEONE HERE TRIED TO KILL ME. I been taking my 3 cars here and I'm pretty sure someone started hating. I got the gas tank changed on my corvette. I picked it up one day and immediately rode to the gas station to get gas . And there was a bottle of cologne stuffed in a crevice above the tank. with the heat here it would have exploded and my car and my life could have possibly been done. Cologne is highly flammable . I had to make an emergency run to Scottsdale today and my car wasn't prepared. I came all the way from LA and eventually made it safe. It was a turn around trip and I need my alignment fixed ASAP! Was told on 3 diff times my car was ready when it was not and this place isn't near my house. The second time my car was supposedly ready it was clearly not in alignment (unsafe to drive) after they replaced my struts and I drove off the lot only to come right back after realizing this. The owner apologized and claimed it was one of the parts (yea right u didn't align my car). I also got a nearly $70 credit card charge just for using a credit card. The workers are very nice. Yet I came in for an alternator repair. Once I picked up my vehicle I pay $600.... Here's the break down though $325 for labor for the alternator (I provided my own alternator) next $275 A/C unit repair which I was NOT called and asked if that was okay to preform yet charged me for. Yet these men were in constant contact with me on updates with my vehicle through the day of the repairs. Mind you there was NOTHING wrong with my A/C prior. Once I get into my vehicle the "battery" indication light was still apparently on the dashboard. I was STILL having the same issue I came in with. My issues is the lack of transparency with the company. Let's assume that the provided alternator was bad, okay fair. Yet why when running your test to validate your work, you failed to inform (me) THE CUSTOMER that upon the replacement it was found that my provided alternator was no good? I would have more than gladly paid for the labor..... ultimately I paid $600 FOR NOTHING!!!! Not an honest company, money hungry. Never will return read more

I was throughly disappointed in everything that it's shop "stands" for. I went to get my timing belt repaired and it took them 3 days. Not only that but they broke my timing belt cover, broke a bolt into the head of my engine, didn't put coolant in my car and my engine almost blew due to that, also lost lug nuts on my rim. I thought I could talk to Rick and Alberto but Rick kept coming up with excuses ever time and Alberto the owner blocked my number and refused to call me back. Not the kinda of shop that I would recommend anyone spend their hard earned money on. I had to spend an additional $500+ to get my car properly fixed. Sad that I cannot give them negative stars. Needed my heater core done on my Suburban. Took it to have the repair done. My truck was filthy, oil all over my leather seats, dash cover, and floor. Glove compartment doesn't close correctly. 4 wheel drive switch doesn't work. Glove compartment light and switch is way back in the dash vent and it stays lit all the time. Fan makes a noise when it is turned on now. Screws lying around not sure what they go to. And to top it off, the air only blows hot or cold, no in between like it's supposed to do. Talked to owner and they cleaned floor but everything else is the same. Owner refuses to take responsibility to fix the mistakes that were clearly made. The Manager was rude and the customer service is terrible. It is going to cost me more out of pocket to repair what this shop did to my truck. read more

Do nothing with this shop I had my engine rebuilt and have less than 6000 miles on it and I went to change ignition coils and got oil all over the ones in the back of the engine. I asked if they would fix the problem and he wanted me to pay $800 for something that shud have been done when he rebuilt the engine for $5000 getting the work done for $500 somewhere else read more

They lost my keys. Didn't even program my replacement fob. Not sure if it even works. Took 2 weeks almost for a job that'd have been a few days at most anywhere else because they "forgot" about me and my vehicle. Rick's the only good guy there, but it's like they only let him do a good job once or twice and then it went to hell in a handbasket after that with the quality control. Missed fixing the leaks I paid $2k for.. Did zero work on the ac that they swore was fixed.. It went out completely about a week after the same guy who lost my keys touched it and claimed he fixed it. Damaged my tranny sensor.. Forgot to fill my oil after oil changes.. Oh and they lost my keys. Not once. But TWICE. Now this was all rectified eventually. But dishing out thousands of dollars on top of having to pay out for ubers for weeks on end pushed me over. Never again. Rick's an amazing mechanic but they just don't let him do his job anymore.. Maybe someone else will get lucky but I'm done trying. read more

Absolute worst customer service. Not once did any of the employees there acknowledge me and I've been there for 40 minutes; I even called before I came in. This was the best place I have ever been to for any auto repair. I have a 2014 Hyundai Elantra which had some electrical problems. I took it to the Hyundai dealer, who could NOT figure out what my problem was. I took it here (who also happened to have a low diagnostic fee) and they found the problem fast. They KNOW what they are doing. They were able to get a few parts for me and fix my car within one day. I can not stress enough how amazing this place is and how they actually care and take care of their customers. They also helped me set up a 0 interest payment plan. I was laid off due to COVID and I used my last paycheck to get my car fixed here and now my Chevy HHR is not working at all. I came to this place because I noticed they were offering a 20% off student discount and I could not afford the dealership prices and now my car doesn't work. My car literally loses power while I am driving. I brought the car back to go over the problems and the owner said I should have brought it back sooner. The owner was aware that the issue did not exist before I got there and that this problem happened once I got it fixed at their shop. I spoke with ALEX and RICK and they assured me the issue was fixed.I ended up bringing it back 3 times the same day it was fixed and I barely got though emissions before my check engine light was back on. When I called they acted as if I could bring the car right in and once I did they denied me service. I never do these types of reviews but I had to do this for all the college students and Veterans that don't make a lot of money. You might just lose your car. Currently my vehicle can barely stay running long enough to get out of the parking lot. I am limited now because I don't have a running car and I can't find a steady enough job in the area to get my car fixed properly. I had to leave because they offered me no help at all and told me I need more money to fix the problem they created.
