So I went with a believer was the birthday cake milkshake and oh my God it was so good that cupcake and the thickness of the milkshake. It was so good going down. The service was really nice. They explained to me everything on the menu. They let me know what was included. They even gave me their recommendation. I love the fact that the manager even came over and spoke, and it was a clean environment and spacious definitely will be going back again. She looked up and saw me. I waited for a very long time with absolutely no acknowledgement. I understand being a small business you are wearing all of the hats and might be very busy and can't serve every single customer the very second they walk in the door, but at that point you say "hello" at least and let the customer know you'll be there shortly... or some thing. I got nothing. It was end of day and they were getting ready to close I'm sure. I saw 3 maybe 4 cupcakes left in the window. Even if that is really all there was left, I would've bought every one she had left and I'm a good tipper. Also, I strongly support small business especially if this is a woman owned business.... But no. I got completely ignored. There was a police presence in there too and they were staring at their phone. They saw me and then went back to staring at their phone.
