I ended up getting the grilled chicken sandwich, which was pretty good. The bread was pretty toasty and the meat was flavorful. I also ended up getting a grapefruit tea as well. It was a little too sweet. I should've gotten more ice. I will be returning the tryout other menu items. read more

I really like this place ! Friendly staff cute decor ! I like that the menu is visible both on the front wall one front of me at the counter and a large display with the most popular drinks. The tropical tea was amazing the perfect blend of fruit and real fruit inside. My was perfect blend and of milk and tea with extra boba. The menu is good sometimes but it really depends on the staff that's working that day. They have a high turnover rate it looks like though because it's always someone new in there. I used to go there to study but they remodeled about a year or so ago which kinda killed my vibe. read more

Was craving banh xeo and I heard good things about this place. Since it was more convenient than going up to Doraville from Hapeville, I went to Morrow. Not too far off the freeway, this place is located in a strip mall with lots of available parking. The place isn't big, and they have 3-4 tables and window counter seating. Anyway, let's cut to the chase. The banh xeo was average. It had squid in it, which was strange, and the dipping sauce was the sweet chilli sauce usually used for spring rolls. We also ordered wings and fries. The fries were banging, which put my rating to 4 stars. The banh xeo was just three. If I'm in the area, I will try their bubble waffle and bubble tea next, but I probably won't come all the way out here for banh xeo. Staff was nice. read more

I have been at this establishment AT LEAST 10 times this month alone, and they've been decent until today. My man tried to be sweet and surprise me with drinks, and this is what we got. Now, I don't know about y'all, but that looks like mold. It's STUCK to the lychee jelly. So we go back in and I let them know and she proceed to argue that this was "tea grounds". AGAIN, I've been here at least 10 times and there was never any kind of "tea grounds" in our drinks. So, she said it's tea grounds because she says when she made his drink the tea ran out, and gave him what was left. So you're going to acknowledge that you saw these tea grounds in the drink and still chose to serve him both drinks? That's insane. Also, if these were really tea grounds, wouldn't they ALL have sunk to the bottom AFTER I shook the drink? Yeah, they would have if it was tea grounds. As shown in the picture only some of it was at the bottom. Majority of it was on the jelly. They're sticking to the lychee jelly, which isn't sticky, it's slimy, which is why I don't think that's tea grounds. I can see why this location has a C rating now. That's disgusting. Tea grounds or mold, don't care. You don't serve customers that. Then you proceed to LAUGH about it while handing me my money. Y'all need to do better, I am so disappointed, I actually had hopes this place would stay consistent and it was closer to home, but guess not. Would give 0 stars if I could. I've been here dozens of times and not once did I ever had to pay an up charge for no ice? On top of that I ordered 4 different kinds of fruit teas and only received 3 even though I got charged 4 times for no ice. $2 extra is ridiculous, they should've mentioned it to us at least. read more

Wtf. I've always gone to this boba shop in the mcdonough area and NEVER tried their food because, well... I come for the boba. I just happened to be in morrow, and needed something quick. I hoped I didn't waste my money on this food. I was PLEASANTLY surprised. Their takoyaki wasn't "tako" it was squid. BUT it didn't really sacrifice anything and I'd say it was good. 7/10. Not over sauced and over sprinkled with dried bonito. The Bánh Xèo was sooo fucking good. Nice balance of bounce and crisp. They were generous with the filling, not just batter. They didn't skimp on the herbs and lettuce either. Nuoc Cham (dipping sauce) was a great balance of sweet & salty, plus it had sliced peppers in it so, that just topped it off for me. 9/10 for me. *chef's kiss* I'm def coming back and going to take pics the next time. read more

Where do I even start. This place is a nightmare. From oily food, to horrible service from the manager. I complained about my food and lack of boba when I clearly requested it. The manager is a price of work. I feel as if I've been scammed with the overpriced food/ beverage options. I sincerely do not recommend. I've been to this location a few times now and was impressed with both the quality of the drinks and the overall experience. The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, with some seating and even a little grass signage area for pictures. The menu offered a wide variety of boba tea flavors and combinations. They also have smoothies, fruit teas and food items that I haven't tried yet but will be back to taste. When my drink arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by the generous portion size and the high quality of the ingredients. I ordered Thai tea w/ black boba. The tea was brewed perfectly and had a good flavor that paired well with the chewy boba pearls. The sweetness level was just right, and I appreciated that the restaurant offered the option to adjust the sweetness level and ice amount to taste. In addition to the delicious drinks, the service at the restaurant was excellent. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they were happy to answer any questions I had about the menu or the ingredients used in the drinks. Overall, I highly recommend this boba tea restaurant to anyone who loves boba tea or is looking for a cozy spot to enjoy a tasty drink. read more

Terrible service! They got my order wrong (I ordered the Mangonada-- which is suppose to come with mango pieces and a candy straw, and my drink had neither) I went to the front counter and asked the woman who took my order if the drink was suppose to have those things in it and she responded "sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't" which I was confused by... because it's a drink on the menu... shouldn't it come with everything the menu says it's supposed to come with... all the time? She proceeds to tell me they don't even have any mango to add to drink or the candy straw it was suppose to come with-- which she did not let me know before I ordered and purchased the drink. I asked if I could get a different drink or a refund because had I known they didn't have the things to make the drink I wouldn't have gotten it. She goes to the back and a younger guy with glasses comes out with a small cup of mango. I thanked him for the mango pieces and he proceeded to make a comment about me wanting a refund. So I responded that I would love a refund. He goes back and forth with me about "why I was making a big deal about them not having mangos or the straw that comes with the drink" (which-- if I pay for something I expect it to have everything advertised) he tells me they don't even sell that drink anymore. And that they have a no refund policy-- but under that policy it also said "if we make your drink wrong we will fix it" and so I asked if he would fix my drink instead then? He just said he would "just reblend what I already have in the cup" ... how does that fix the drink you may wonder... I'll never know either He says it's an old menu -- even though the drink is advertised both inside and outside (see bottom left corner of photo added) of the store. And had a nasty attitude the whole time he was interacting with me-- so yes I did have an attitude back if you're wondering. Took my drink and left -- threw it away once I got to Best Buy so I didn't even get a picture to show y'all what it looks like. Sorry. Anyways-- the tables we sat at were also not cleaned or wiped down from previous guests being there. Wouldn't recommend at all. read more

I saw this restaurant on my Instagram feed and I was glad to see it was close to me. I was in awe when I saw the wide variety of drinks, smoothies, boba and food available. The inside decor was so nice and picturesque with plenty of Instagramable backdrops. I decided to try a simple drink for my first visit and the mango drink was perfect. It was semi sweet with bits of mango in it, however next time I'll ask for more sweetener to be added. I also ordered the mango habanero wings thanks to the suggestion from one of the employees. I was expecting a kick more of heat considering the name but it was not enough heat for me and unfortunately the chicken was not seasoned well. As a bubble tea enthusiast with at least 4 bubble tea restaurants surrounding my area, King Kong Milktea & Smoothie stands out from the rest of them. My teas are always made perfectly and I greatly enjoy the high quality packaging: teddy bear cups and sturdy, iridescent cups with multi-functional lids giving you the option to use your jumbo straw to chew on the boba, or sip it directly from the lid without the boba making its way through. My go-to bubble tea has always been Honeydew, but this place makes me want to try so many options, including the smoothies. The prices are fitting and the workers are friendly and quick with making the order. They also have food that I have yet to try, (as my favorite sushi place is just a few steps away from this location) however, I will be returning to give a lot more of the menu a go. read more

The first time I went there it was a pleasant experience. However my experience expectations went down. I didn't get a free drink on my 11th drink and there was a hair in my sister's fries. I work in customer service for 10 years and I know all the stories about customers being entitled on everything. I know been there done that. But there's room to improve. My recommendation is like getting a reward app or maybe at least a reward database for every customer they record. So far my wings are good but I thought it was wet wings but fried wings. I don't even want to give 1 star on this location. I spent more than $80 on a Monday night pass 8pm, when I got home my orders are incomplete. I did not get 1 of my food order. I tried to call them but they're already close. I live 50miles away from this store. I didnt get a chance to come back sooneat because its far from me and ive been working different stores. I came back to the store today Friday because I had doctors appointment at Kaiser, so I stopped by the store to get my money back or get my food. They told me they cannot do anything about it because it's past 24 hours. I asked for a manager on duty but he won't even come out feom the back to at least talk to me to settle the issue. They all went inside the back of rhe store and let me wait for more than an hour. They won't refund me for the food I paid but did not get. I said it's ok if they don't give me back my money but at least give me the food. They still said "NO", they can't because it's pass 24hours. I called the Franchise owner Allen Nguyen, he said he will call the store and will call me back but did not hear anything back from any of them. They took my money and won't give me my order for what I paid. I felt rob and taken advantage of this store. They can keep the money and I will just let Karma get them. read more
