I went every day for a week, getting the run around. SOLUTION: The Sargent on duty that day (Oak Forest Police Station) went on two consecutive days trying to help. What a great guy, he went above and beyond! I got the change back after a week. BUYER BEWARE: Always use exact change if possible! Poor Service and Damage to Vehicle…read more We went to Fuller's for a regular wash of the outside car, and in addition to not doing a good job with the wash, their equipment caused damage to our vehicle by knocking a part off. Fuller's is unwilling to resolve this issue since they "couldn't find the part", and as apparently their cameras are "birds eye" they don't capture the front end of the vehicle. What an unique way to try to indemnify yourself from the damages caused by your negligence. Notice the timestamped screenshot of the before picture where prior to visiting Fuller's, there was no issue! Don't waste your time or money, go somewhere else.

I got there and my car was not done for another 45 minutes. I'm guessing this was to make sure all of the employees would still be by the car to look for tips when they really finish . Then, I noticed my center console was empty, work id, garage opener, and charging cables were missing. Then, noticed all my floor mats were missing. After quite some time I was able to find someone that (barely) spoke English and found all my stuff in a zip lock bag in the trunk, along with my soaking wet mats. Cicero Ave, Midlothian, IL 60445. I went to Pump #9 to purchase gas and selected the $7 Express Car Wash. After fueling, my receipt showed I had been charged for the $15 Deluxe Wash instead. I immediately went inside to speak with a cashier and requested the difference be refunded or adjusted. The cashier explained they did not know how to do this and called for assistance. A woman named Patti (I am unsure if she is a manager, as she never introduced herself) came to assist. She did not acknowledge me, walked past me, and only after the cashier prompted me to follow did she address the issue. Patti used her card at the pump, stated that the system does not allow for selecting options, and told me I had selected the $7 wash myself. When I explained again that I had not and requested the refund difference or the correct wash, she refused, saying, "I'm not fixing it." I reminded her I am a regular customer, and she responded that I "should know how the pumps work," before walking away. When I asked for the corporate contact number, she did not provide it verbally but pointed to the door where the 866 number was posted. This was one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I have ever had. I am requesting: A refund of the $7 difference between the wash I selected and what I was charged. An explanation of how this error occurred. A formal apology for the poor treatment I received from Patti. A review of this employee's conduct, as her behavior was dismissive and unacceptable. If there is only one car then both of them worked on the one car together. If a second vehicle comes then the split up. This makes the time it takes to wash cars LONGER. Definitely don't come here if you are in a hurry. There is a sign posted that says $15 for the hand car wash inside and out. I did want tire shine so I expected to pay $20. Much to my surprise I was told the price of the car wash I already received was $29. I had them wash my sedan, not a SUV. When I asked why is it $29 the guy got upset with me and said we did your tires, rims and mats. I tried to ask him what in the particular did they do. He got so upset he told me "don't worry about it! We wash your car for free. It's free just go! Leave!" I took a deep breath. Then I said to the other guy as I handed him two 20s just give me $10 back. He gave me two 5s, and I gave one back to him. Obviously I won't EVER go there again. Honestly the worst part was when I finally examined my vehicle they missed cleaning countless things or didn't clean then properly.
