I had to call multiple times the morning of my move after multiple confirmations prior. They told me they had no move prior to me that day and showed up with a rented truck and very few pads to wrap my furniture, which were requested in advance multiple times prior to my move. The owner was the only effective mover. He brought two others workers and I literally ran circles around one of them, as he put his monster energy drink on my antique furniture multiple times. It was very frustrating to watch the crew move my items, bumping into walls, set drinks on my furniture and not wrap my furniture, as requested prior to moving items. I had much better success with the big companies that are local movers. The prices were also better with other moving companies. When they went to close out my transaction at the end of my move, they forgot about my $100 initial deposit as well as miscommunicated the dollar amount giving me multiple prices. I will not use this company again and was not pleased with my experience.

Not to mention the awful conditions of most of them! Roberts Storage was not near the top of my results, but I finally made it down the list. I called them and was satisfied with their price.... Oh, and they were polite on the phone! I drove down and gave them a look. Not only did I rent a storage unit for my crap, but I ended up using them to store my car too! This place is clean, professional, and personable. They have a good security gate with keypad and locks are available if you need one (small additional charge). The owners are always driving through which made my crap feel safe too! They are expanding now so this place can only keep getting better! Certainly the only place to go in the area!
