I moved to Sonoma County 2 years ago, my upstairs apartment came with white carpet. I knew a time would come where I would have to get the carpet cleaned. The carpet was a long time coming for a good cleaning. I thought to YELP and get a few quotes. After reaching out to several carpet cleaning companies and getting a response, I liked the guy Jamison the best. It wasn't the price quote he gave me of $150, I had actually found some cheaper quotes, it was his genuineness over the phone that did it for me. When I asked him about his availability, he said he was at Disneyland, but would be returning later on that night. I told him I would call him back to schedule something. He was honest to say that if he didn't answer when I called, it might be that he's on his way to the airport or he caught his flight home. Jamison came through on a Tuesday between 9a-11a, my husband was there to let him in. After work I was anxious to see the carpet. I got what I was looking for! I purchased a used RV that someone had smoked/ vaped in and it smelled like vanilla tobacco. I had a trip planned and I couldn't bear the thought of living with the smell for days! I called and spoke to Jameson the owner of Sammy's Steam Clean who squeezed me in before my departure. He cleaned the carpets, window coverings, headliner and upholstery, now the van is clean and fresh smelling! Did a great job of getting our dirty white carpets clean again. Really took the time to do the pre-treatment and then thoroughly steam cleaned the carpet.
