I would say the one in Salisbury is also very efficient at these types of procedures. No big bargains at this Sam's or at the other one which I also go to. I do appreciate the military discount offered at this Sam's location. This business also does coupons. I have enjoyed the staff here, no problems. Had one vehicle after service that had 3 of the 5 lugs on 2 of the wheels completely loose and could have caused a serious accident or damage. In the last couple of months I had gotten a new battery for my car but I got in it one day last week and it wouldn't turn over. NOTHING. I suspected it may be the starter, the alternator, a blown fuse or even worse, computer or electrical issues. I was able to start it with a jump, but any time I turned it off, it would not start again without one. Mike and Steve were able to get me in pretty quickly. These guys have a lot of integrity and perform good, honest work. They discovered the only thing wrong was faulty/loose battery cables and they got the repairs done quickly. The repair cost me less than $100. I'm grateful to have such a great auto shop in my area. I will be a customer for life here!

This is one of my favorite shops, and even though I may not live as close anymore. I still would bring my car here with no hesitation. I've even had my car towed 90+ miles to get it here over another random shop. They are a little lite on the counter which runs into some communication lapse occasionally but I want my car worked on well, not quick and rushed. They have never hesitated to bring out the malfunctioning part and walk me through how it failed in the system. They are also are never afraid to tell me I have a couple more miles to roll on and to just plan for my next visit. Honest and fair priced mechanics.
