My favorite Sam's Club location. I also have another big store membership that I use far less often just because it is so very crowded. My favorite thing about this Sam's is how easy it is to navigate. It is never too crowded and I don't have to worry about being too close to other people during this time of social distancing. My number one favorite things and piece of advice is to use the Sam's Club app to do scan and go. You can literally scan all of your items as you go, pay in two seconds on the app, and go to the checkout. No waiting in line or interacting with people unnecessarily.

I do not have a Sam's Club, but my dad does. He loves Sams and just likes going to shop around, eat the samples they have out and buy cheap jeans or whatever other deal he can get his hands on. The week before my wedding there was a lot of errands to do here and there and one thing was to go get all the non-alcoholic drinks for the reception. We decided to stock up here. We had a huge rolling push cart full of a variety of sodas, bottles water and tea. We also purchased all the clear plastic cups for the cocktails and wine too. We got it all for a great price too. It would have been a lot more at a regular party store or grocery store even. My dad has some sort of rewards or something because of the type of membership he has and he actually got to take $20 bucks off the total because of it. So if you are looking to buy some things in bulk or just like shopping for deals like my dad this might be your spot.

Hey. It's Sam's Club. Reasonably priced foods, good meats. fresh flowers, but it just does not have the polish that Costco has. Comparatively, I think the prices are the same at both stores, though. Here is a tip. If you are looking for 1/2 price after Xmas ribbon, paper, bows, cards, and other Christbling, they are selling off the last of the lot. Hand crafted cards (25) are 4.00. Huge rolls of ribbon are about $5. They also did not sell out of Wii, Xbox, and PlayStation games such as Guitar Hero. Check them out if you are in the market.

You can purchase a very large pizza for under $10 from the cafe. Skip the line by ordering through scan and go!

I explained that I do not need the pills replaced, am meticulous with my medications and that the correct amount had not been delivered, but they essentially shrugged their shoulders. Two months later, it happened again. This time I received 29 pills instead of 30 and, once again, I was assured that I was mistaken. Refusing to be gaslit a second time, I asked how they could explain tablets that were never delivered. I was told their Pharmacy Manager would contact me. After 22 days and multiple follow-ups, Pharmacy Manager Mel finally called. He asked me to explain what had happened and, after I spent all of 15 seconds doing so, sat in complete silence. Eventually I asked, "Are you still there?" His response: "Sorry, I didn't know if I was allowed to speak." It felt less like discussing a serious issue with a Pharmacy Manager and more like speaking with a pouting, immature 12-year-old. I jokingly asked whether I should say "over" at the end of each sentence, to which he replied that it "would be very helpful so I know when to speak." He then offered to transfer my prescription elsewhere. The entire conversation lasted less than 90 seconds. The lack of professionalism and seriousness on display was astonishing, especially considering we were discussing repeated pill count discrepancies involving a Schedule II controlled substance. I would strongly urge people not to trust this company with their health. They cannot count to 30, they refuse to take responsibility when errors are raised, and their own Pharmacy Manager lacks the maturity to handle a basic conversation. If they cannot reliably count pills, why should anyone trust them to ensure the correct dosage or even dispense the correct medication? Most concerning of all, there is still no explanation for the missing tablets. Did Capsule make a counting error? Were there failures in their controls? I still don't know, because nobody at the company appears interested in finding out. Capsule seemed far more concerned with transferring my prescription elsewhere than investigating why this happened twice. Your health and wellbeing are too important to place in the hands of people who treat these issues with such alarming indifference.

The issue is and reason for the one (1) star is: Martin's advertises flu shots for adults for $25.00 yet they requested $49.00 from me at my appointment. Attached is a photo of their prices from their website. When we arrived home I called Martin's and texted the screen shot to Chris who said he needed to get with the Pharmacist. Ashley was adamant about not honoring the advertised price saying this was information from years ago and swore there were dates on the page. No dates whatsover as this is their current website. Also, she kept repeating herself and when I tried to explain, hung up on me. She seemed most flustered and appeared to want a reason to end the phone call. Say what? This is deceptive advertising for flu shots. I plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for deceptive trade practices. This is an issue of principle. I also made a copy of the entire website page where this cost is promoted.

Their license to dispense pharmaceuticals should be terminated before they kill someone with their glaring incompetence.

It looks like the place was hit hard as there were items everywhere, there were boxes littered throughout with items meant for restocking, and the energy just felt a little tense. That being said, I think it's not too bad of a location. Super close by where my Airbnb was and close by bus station and a major road in the city. It's long but not wide and so there aren't a ton of aisles but the aisles are longish. The beginning of one aisle might have chips but by the end of it you'll be with the makeup. Cashiers are up front and there aren't a lot of self checkout lanes. Some items were locked behind a glass door but for the most part, everything was accessible without the help of employees. I didn't find my first choice for a couple of items but found my backup choice. So I'll give it a 3 star. But don't expect it to be the cleanest or most tidy

After my purchase, I told Ruby about the elevator incident, that she was more engrossed in her cell phone than providing good service. I asked her who is the supervisor of this CVS.
