Great service! Brought my car here from California and I couldn't get an appointment unless it was far out and I needed to get it registered in Texas. I went to a few places and one recommended me here and said they would take me right away for my state inspection. I went and there was a short line and they took my car and said to wait. About 30 minutes later it was done! Easy as that and low cost. They also gave me recommendations on where to take my BMW by German car specialists too! read more

They tried SCAMMING me. SERIOUSLY. Took my car in for a coolant flush because it had been overheating. They took in the car and "flushed" the old coolant and put in the new coolant... or so I thought because that's what I PAID for As soon as I took the car off the lot I noticed it had overheating issues STILL I brought back in the car thinking maybe there could've been something more, I let the workers know the cars problem and that's when I overheard one of the workers say "The car we TOPPED OFF" Yes, you heard that right. I brought the car to be FLUSHED and instead I paid $160 for a coolant TOP OFF I kept my cool and requested they take another look, and STERNLY requested they check the coolant again... oddly enough the next day they found a "leak" and suggested the car stay to be fixed. I declined and took the car off the lot hoping they FLUSHED my coolant as a PAID They actually did change the coolant that time, because the car has yet to overheat DESPITE the "LEAK" they found the second time. Truly horrible service. Wow, after reporting I was almost scammed all I received was an AI generated Auto Response that "appreciated" my problems. What a joke; so pathetic. read more

I know that I shouldn't expect a bunch of men working in a garage to be on their best behavior, but this one guy working there...wow, I didn't realize while waiting there in the lobby area I was suddenly transported to a navy ship. He had such a foul mouth. I'm not a delicate flower, but wow! I wanted to be like "so, you know we can hear you, right?!"... just unapologetically gross. It was very dangerous to drive and I didn't have that much money so I decided to leave but they refused to let me leave with that condition of tire and gave me one for free so I appreciated that so much!
