I called several times and didn't get an answer. I was trying to get a hold of the optometry office and I finally got someone on the phone and they told me that they couldn't transfer the call.. so I tried off and on for three hours and could not get a pick up at the optometrist Office,so I finally called corporate and got a Help number and the gentleman was absolutely wonderful to work with! He finally got somebody to call me back and it's very frustrating when this sort of thing happens. I'm not a member here but my son is and I've shopped here several times with him. It's ok, not great but just ok. It's difficult to find things here that are healthy choices. Lots of full fat items like dressings, hamburger, cheese and cheese It's (in an enormous box), etc. I thought I might try some spicy tuna sushi for lunch. It was not bad at all. I also bought some raw tuna steaks and some grilled chicken packs. Given the small number of healthy choices, I doubt I'd become a member. read more

Visited Sam's Club location on Miller Lane in Ohio (Thurs May 7th near the end of the day). Attempted to purchase nearly $500.00 worth of groceries. Get to the checkout and it's a 3 ringed circus. Only 1 cashier was actively working while the rest of the lanes were shut down and other workers were congregated toward the front chatting. The poor single working cashier was completely overwhelmed yet trying her best as people lined up with overflowing carts. Another cashier (Mary) begrudgingly opened up a 2nd lane to ring out 1 single person. The customer she chose wasn't the next in line but it was obvious she had the smallest cart (less work) and it ticked off the group that should've been next. Mary complained the entire time she checked out this single customer then refused to cash anyone else out. A few minutes later cashier (Crystal) gets on the same register to cash 1 single customer out. He was behind us and she overlooked the rest of us that were ahead of him. Again, people were ticked she didn't go with who was next. And yet again it was a smaller order with less work to do. Crystal also complained the entire time she cashed this man out then refused to check out anymore orders. She told us to get out of her line and go to the line with the overwhelmed cashier whom was STILL working on the same order she was working on when we very first got in line to begin with. At this point we were irate then walked out and left nearly $500 worth of groceries. The unprofessionalism of the employees Crystal and Mary was completely unacceptable. To stand in front of customers venting negativity and complaining about having to do a job that they clearly signed up to do is ridiculous. Both of these women fed off each other's negativity & are WAY TOO OLD to be acting like that. They both made it abundantly clear that they were more than ready to go home & were inconvenienced. COMPLETE waste of time to leave empty handed because of poor customer service and poor work ethic. read more

We stop in here when visiting family in Ohio. We've shopped in store, used curbside pick up and today we stopped by the tire center because we needed air in tires. The tire center employees were the nicest, most helpful and the best experience we've had with Sam's Club employees and wanted to give them a shout out! Definitely recommend! read more

Sams club seems to have issues keeping food to sell to eat. No pizza, no pretzels not even a hot dog when I was there on Saturday. I bought a rotisserie chicken and it was not fully cooked and blood coming out of it when I cut it. That made me angry. When I took it back the lady seemed to know what was wrong before I even said what was wrong. There must have been more. The last few times I have been there it seems their stock has changed and things are more limited than before. Never anyone around to assist you in finding items and they have annoying sales people pushing cell phones or energy sales. It's not as good as it once was. Oh and by the way they need to tell the people checking your membership at the door to use some of their time and clean out the trash people leave in the riding carts. The outside of the store was a garbage bin on Sat with trash blowing everywhere. read more

So sad how far down hill this location has fallen with customer service. Rude employees. Most people with a badge can't even assist you with what isle to find things in. The merchandise in several isles is typically a mess. The website says they have what you need. Drive 30 minutes to be told, "we're not in control of the website. If what you're looking for isn't here, it's not my problem.' Don't bother ordering cupcakes from bakery. Ordered 100 cupcakes, a person who sounded 15 years old on the phone called the day of pick up to advise they are unable to fill order. I asked for a manager, who by the way was rude as hell. I asked why they waited until the day of to cancel my order. He said, "we're under staffed, what do you want from us?" What I want is to get what I ordered. I said, well you should call the other clubs in area to see if they can assist you with filling my order. Especially since you're the reason I have cupcakes for our event. He refused and hung up. USDA Prime and Choice cuts of Beef are excellent ACCEPT the Filet Mignons are not trimmed sufficiently. Very tender and flavorful but include fat and gristle. They should call them Tenderloin Steaks but certainly not filets. They also package them with the best side up so the shoppers can't see the large veins of fat. read more

I purchased a new HP computer less than 90 days ago that I had to restore/reset because of a problem. I loss two programs that were preinstalled on my new computer. I was able to get one from the HP website but not the other. Sam's Club tech support was no help, nothing they could do. I have had the computer less than 90 days and I'm considering returning it back to the store. I can't believe that no one at Sam's or HP can provide me with the full program that came with my new computer I paid good money for. I will not buy a HP computer or a computer from Sam's again. read more

ok, its Sam's Club, you can find some great bulk buys here, which we tend to do, and the nice point is, I do not need to return for another 3 to 4 months..... but as with all things, the profit goes to walmart inc.... which more and more I hate. Very bad experience at eyeglass center. Staff do not wipe machines off before or after eye test. Dr. Flinn could not perform eye exam correctly or completely. I talked to staff at eyeglass center they said Doctors are independent from store. I called main office for eye doctors was told maybe Dr. Flinn was just having a bad day. Worst experience I have ever had for a eye exam. read more
