To make a long story short, she bought 7 ounce Coronas not realizing that they sell 12 ounces. I brought it back last night but they were already closed. I came back today only to find out that they do take returns on 7 ounce coronas. I am on my way to the other big box now. I will have talk with the boss about his relation with Sam's when he gets back next week. Three trips and no beer @ $3.43 per gallon (of gas). read more

Went in to get a battery. Was told there would be an hour and a half wait, even though I noticed on the way in only one bay had a car in it. Bought my battery to go. The guy behind me in line wanted a tire rotation, mentioned he did not have an appointment, but he was in the red Yukon. I left with my battery and walked by the service center where there were now no cars. I drove past on the way out and there was one car being worked on- a red Yukon. The service center is not staffed, you have to call someone to come to the desk via a URL. That took a long time as well. read more

That place is dirty ! I don't know what's happened the past two years, but since I moved back to Arkansas, which gets me is how disgusting that bathroom is, it smells like riding flesh you can tell when they ain't clean in the women's bathroom like I go in there cause I have to pee because you know we're there for 23 hours and then when I go to pee I hold my nose and I'm trying not to throw up on myself because it stinks so bad. But if they would clean that bathroom, get that smell out, maybe it would get four stars That smell does not come out of the bathroom. I tried going in there cause I might have to use the bathroom. This particular location is hectic. Over crowded with ppl. I like to shop here. I adore going in early before going to work. I feel there should be some type of expedite process on getting ppl out the store when they check your receipt. But what needs to be fixed is the dip in the road as you drive in. I recommend that you guys change this up before someone have an accident or hit someone walking. The road that comes into the front of Sams should be an entry only to turn left or right & ppl should exit the parking lot at the very far side of the parking lot near the gas station, on the side of Walmart or across from the gas station in the parking lot. FILTHY. DISGUSTING. Every single time at this store (curbside), the customer service has been terrible. I really don't care how rude they are, as long as I get my stuff, which I didn't a couple of times and had to turn back. That's nothing... it is the UNSANITARY and FILTHY conditions that you can't get past. The ENTIRE MEAT DEPT (extending to bakery) smelled of ROTTING MEAT. The kind of smell you get with m*gg*t's. A mask couldn't cover up the wretched smell. It smelled as if you would expect a horrific scene behind the meat dept door. That was the one and only time I was actually inside that store. read more

I am rating Ssms low for one reason today. I went in the men's restroom and it was so nasty that I just turned around and came out. If the men's was this nasty then maybe the women's was as well. For someone like me, Sam's clue is great. I meal prep and purchase my foods in bulk, especially egg whites. They are very expensive when purchased individually in a carton. Let me start by saying I would give this Sam's Club 0 stars if I could. The customer service is horrendous, and I mean absolutely terrible. On top of that, I have never walked out of there with everything on my list. The only reason I have gone back a couple of times is because it is over 30 minutes to the next nearest location. I also thought maybe I was unlucky but after a few more visits it has become obvious there is a complete lack of training or care from the management at this location with regard to customer service. I have been to Sam's in 8 different states and this is EASILY the worst location I have been to. It is blatantly obvious there is no competition from a warehouse store standpoint in Little Rock. The first two times I went there I got no more than a barely audible grunt from the few employees I had the misfortune of speaking to. The next time I went to get a brisket. Of course there were none in the cooler so I asked the guy at the meat counter if they had any in the back. It was obvious he did not want to help me at all. Yesterday I went to Sam's Club in Little Rock to shop for a client and needed help getting the items since I had my baby with me. There was a woman, whose name I forgot so excuse me for the way I'm about to describe her. She was a black woman, her skin was light brown, black hair, she may be between 5'4-5'7, very helpful and polite lady she was. Worst Sams's ever. Ordered a go kart online and had to cancel my order. I called and called and called customer service to cancel the order. When I finally got someone hours later I was told the order would be cancelled and I would get an email. Next day I get a notification that my order is ready. Been calling all morning to try to cancel again and no one ever answers the phone. Don't use this store. Customer service is the worst. So frustrating. read more

If you like the warehouse shopping such as Costco or Sams; Costco by far is better. I waited behind a line of 4 people to get my card with only one person working in member services. We go to Sam's on Bowman so much it is like our 2nd home!! Lol We like the NLR one as well. We went to the one in Conway about 2 months ago. Really like the items they have!! We found my grandbabies clothes an shoes. They love getting stuff at Sam's now. Definately worth the membership price for us!! Really like their selection of hamburger meat, steaks an pork. This Sams Club has drastically gone down hill in the last year. The store is cluttered and merchandise disorganized. Many times bins or cases are not priced especially in the produce department. I brought up the missing magnetic price signs to one employee, and he retorted everything was marked. The case in front of us had only 30% bins marked. There appears to be plenty of workers there... many mingling among themselves. Employees need to be better engaged to improve housekeeping, keeping aisles open for two way cart passage, better interaction with customers.... I could go on. Frankly I question why we pay an annual fee to shop here. Not much better prices and environment than Walmart. We need a Costco here to set an example. read more

Steller experience thanks to hoda!!! I came in with my parent (because she has a membership) to buy an engagement ring for my girlfriend which hoda helped me pick it out. I needed a specific size but, waited last minute to purchase the ring. I was purposing in just 3 weeks. when I went to buy it it was not able to be sized small enough to fit my girlfriends finger, therefore forcing me to order one just like it. typically it takes 4 to 6 weeks to get in the ring which would have obviously created a problem. Hoda went out of her way to make sure I got it in before I was to purpose!!! she kept me updated the entire process from purchase to deliver. I agree with a prior review that this store has gone downhill in the past few years. Two weeks ago my neighbor and myself bought several items and I went through the scan and go and he went through regular check out. He used his Sams charge card and didn't realize the woman failed to give his card back to him. When he got home the bank that Sam's Club uses called him and asked he made 6 different charges and he said he didn't. This employee stole items and put it on his charge card. It is still being investigated by Sam's, but theft from an employee should be dealt harshly with including firing and prosecution. He will not go back to this store. read more

Lines are horribles and customer service stinks. Always out things and it takes a long time to get someone to help you get a fork lift and we have to find the shelf the supplies are on for the fork lift driver to get it down. The employees are not interested in helping you find what they are out of. They are all hiding in the back talking to each other. Sam's club is alright but nothing to write home about. My issues with this location/chain are reflective of what is basically wrong with the politics and government in AR. We have been forced to accept monopolies in this state ... from Walmart/Sam's club to Kroger to Dillards. These corporates grease the palms of the corrupt politicians and in return get a free license to charge us very high prices and artificially keep the prices high. Let me give you a pertinet example, I have lived in 6 different cities in the past 20 years and all of them allowed COSTCO wholesale to do business except Little Rock. Sam's prices and product selection cannot compete to Costco any day of the year. They have higher quality products at competitive prices. Unfortunately I am forced to become a Sam's club member here because I buy items in bulk and this is my only choice in the area. Yes they have OK prices and the food etc is alright but the locals have no idea what they are missing in the absence of Costco. read more

rude customer service. nobody available in the pick up area and apparently nobody else can process pick up orders. I placed a order for pick up and waited 30 minutes while I flagged down 3 different people who ALL said they would have to page somebody to that area. 30 minutes later someone rudely came over like she was being bothered and I told them to cancel the order and that I didn't want it. A week and 1/2 later still no refund and because I checked in, like the app advises to do once you get there, it shows I picked up the order. when I called they said it would be no later than Monday and do to the storms their systems were behind. understood. I call on Tuesday and they and the lady rudely says, I don't know how any one can tell you that when its up to the bank. I said well online it still shows I picked it up and she said let me let you speak to someone else and hung up. I called back and was left on hold for 30 minutes until my lunch was over. needless to say they still have my money for an order, I did not pick up and week and 1/2 later and apparently its my banks fault according to them, yet I have not gotten any receipt confirming an order cancellation til this date, they just advised me it would be 48 hours for a refund when I originally went to pick up and the next day when I went back to confirm at that store location that it did not show picked up. They did however provide me with a $10.00 gift card at during the second visit. read more
