    Very large place! A lot of selection! Very well priced and the staff here are very friendly and welcoming! They have everything from wine to food to outdoor furniture! If you have time to actually shop and look around then I highly suggest it! Definitely a "buy in bulk" store! You must have a Sams club card to shop here though so keep that in mind!

    Had tires put on my truck. The tire associate was friendly and the service tech Michael did a great job. They completed the tire replacement while I waited. No complaints.

    Torn out wiring

    Went to this Sams club to have a tire changed. Turned out to be an awful experience. I walk out and immediately notice wiring hanging below from the frame. I ask about it and was told it was like that and they thought I knew. I say wouldn't it be wise to to let me know before you start the work if that was like that beforehand. The supervisor agreed that would be a good idea. I go in to show the supervisor the damage. He looked and said there was no way that could have happened there. Maybe it happened on the drive to the store that day. The manager did not have the time to come out and look at what was going on. So I'm sure I'll have to pay for their mistake out of pocket. I would not recommend going to this tire shop

    This is a review specifically regarding COVID vaccinations. This CVS is pretty busy with drive-thru…read moreCOVID testing and COVID vaccinations as well as their other business but they appear to have everything running seamlessly. I booked my appointment online. It was pretty simple to use but for some reason it couldn't find my insurance information. Nonetheless, I was able to book my appointment. There were a lot of appointments available as well just none in Brandon. The website shows you which cities have availability, so I advise being flexible if no COVID appoints are available in your city or town. Luckily, this location is only 15-20 mins away from Brandon. When I arrived, there is signage everyone instructing you what to do. If you have COVID testing, stay in your car and drive to the pharmacy. If you have a COVID vaccination appointment, go inside the store. You have to check-in on the text message link they send you just prior to your appointment. Then they give you your vaccination card and direct you to a certain portion of the store. I wore short sleeves and had drunk the 16 ounces of water that was mentioned in my appointment confirmation email. I sat down in the chair and probably within 2-3 minutes the shot was over. The lady who did the injection was personable and kind and even tried to chat through the short experience. I know this can be nice for people who don't like needles or getting shots as it's sort of a distraction. Then you move on to the chairs they have lined up down one aisle and you wait for 15 minutes. There was a staff member walking the aisle just to make sure you were doing okay and didn't have a reaction. Then you take you vaccination card and coupon for 20% off a purchase and "I got vaccinated" sticker and leave. It's very simple and easy. I just wish they had appointments closer to my house. I also thought that there was too much signage. Signs stuck in the grass, signs on the front door, signs taped to the columns in front of the store and the light poles. Too much signage can sometimes be confusing.

    Went there to pick up my wife medication from the drive thru told the pharmacist which medicine I…read moreneeded she proceeded to not listen and get it wrong and charged my card for the wrong medicine. After getting her attention again I told her of the mistake she asked for my id never said another world to me gave m the medication and ran off again with no discussion of a refund or what the next steps were she threw the receipt in the trash and had to pick it out and give it to me after I had to call her over just to ask what was done. Then she had the audacity to tell me I should have told her I wanted cash back I explained to her she didn't give me a chance she just asked for my id and hung up the phone so she couldn't hear me the next time I seen her she just threw the medicine in the bag and walked off I had to call her back to get an explanation. She was very unprofessional and rude after I asked for a manger she didn't even apologize. The manager came over and said they will talk to her about it and there is nothing I can do. This is the worst cvs in the area do not go to this one.

It's clean, so well-stocked and it has carts-which I need, since I always leave with an unexpected find-or three! It's been my pharmacy for years... I've also gotten several immunizations here... and they have a huge health/medical selection... everything from eye drops for my niece's pink eye to my mom's cinnamon pills. They also have a really large beauty section-which reminds me, I need foundation and makeup sponges. Hallmark cards? They've got a long aisle of them! Vitamins? Tons! Snacks-oh yeah, my photos tell that story-and a great candy aisle. You can also find everything from hand warmers to great holiday items. And when everyplace else was sold out on toilet paper at the height of the pandemic-and bottled water before hurricane Irma, I found both here. You might have to do a u-turn to get in here, depending on which way you're coming from, but it's totally worth it. They give coupons and there's a rewards program. Plus, they have lots of parking, extensive hours, a drive-thru prescription window and hey, their own liquor store, right next door. Unless I get hung up in the latter... I'm in and out of here in a flash. Look for me at the checkout-I'll be the one with laundry detergent, wrapping paper, popcorn, Bottle Caps, etc etc

My prescriptions are constantly not ready when they say they will be even when I call and check before I come to pick them up. I am here now and my prescription I called about 2 days ago for the 2nd time still isn't ready. when I asked how quick it could be ready Sydney said 15 mins and when I go to walk away she said an hour and I asked is it an hour or 15 mins and the tech's response was "the longer I have a discourse with you the longer it will take" I'm sorry excuse me, this is the 3rd time I've tried to pick up this prescription. then she said it's in a timed delay safe. She just kept coming up with excuses, until I finally asked her to check with the pharmacist and then all of sudden no time delayed safe came into play and they are filling it now. It was filled in less than 5 mins and when I was called back up Sydney did not apologize for the inconvenience or confusion, just said "driver's license" , wouldn't even hand my my id back to me or my receipt and just walked away even after I said thank you. I told her have a good day and walked away. I just don't get it, if you don't want to give customer service get into a different field. Just for the record, I never raised my voice or was rude just wanted a correct answer and for the confusion to be fixed. a simple apology and saying let me look into this right now. Nothing major just regular consideration for a customer .
