I feel like customer service is a thing of the past. I have worked in healthcare for 20 plus years and I always show my patients the consideration and time I myself would want as a patient. My prescriptions are constantly not ready when they say they will be even when I call and check before I come to pick them up. I am here now and my prescription I called about 2 days ago for the 2nd time still isn't ready. when I asked how quick it could be ready Sydney said 15 mins and when I go to walk away she said an hour and I asked is it an hour or 15 mins and the tech's response was "the longer I have a discourse with you the longer it will take" I'm sorry excuse me, this is the 3rd time I've tried to pick up this prescription. then she said it's in a timed delay safe. She just kept coming up with excuses, until I finally asked her to check with the pharmacist and then all of sudden no time delayed safe came into play and they are filling it now. It was filled in less than 5 mins and when I was called back up Sydney did not apologize for the inconvenience or confusion, just said "driver's license" , wouldn't even hand my my id back to me or my receipt and just walked away even after I said thank you. I told her have a good day and walked away. I just don't get it, if you don't want to give customer service get into a different field. Just for the record, I never raised my voice or was rude just wanted a correct answer and for the confusion to be fixed. a simple apology and saying let me look into this right now. I've been shopping here for a long time I don't ever recall having any issues or problems call other than one in the pharmacy once many years ago. But it is usually well stocked. I recommend it and I will continue to support this business. read more

Store is good. Staff is always friendly . Seeing old reviews from 4-6 years ago and thoughts I'd leave one since I go here once a week and have never had a bad experience. Honestly I feel that most Walgrens are a solid 4 star, get what you'd expect. The pharmacy team is always helpful and friendly as well. read more

Did you know that every Walgreens employee that sees you is supposed to greet you? And when the conversation is over, instead of saying goodbye (or some derivation of that) they have to say "Be well?" Listen in when they answer the phone. The monologue is worth the price of admission. Expensive beer, no Chik-a-Stix, and the photo people pull out your pictures and show them to you even after you tell them not to. I'd give it lower stars, but it's close to my house and they sell off-brand Funyuns, so I guess I'll take it. read more

Worst pharmacy. The pharmacy staff always leave you standing there for ages, even if there is no one else in line. They have no willingness to help anyone, including if you have a young child with you. It's a terrible pharmacy but conveniently located. read more

Wish I could give this store a ZERO. Bought a wrist blood pressure monitor there last night. For me this is not a toy - I have to monitor my blood pressure to regulate my medications. Opened it up this morning and it was obvious that the item had been returned and re-shelved. To make matters worse, it didn't work correctly - the item was obviously defective. These devices fall into the category of medical equipment. Re-shelving a known defective item of this category is at lest dishonest and unethical and may even be illegal. I would expect something like this at WalMart, but not Walgreens. I will return it tomorrow and before I leave the store I will definitely have a word with the manager. read more

Today we came to this Walgreens to have a 8x10 photo made for a special memorial occasion. The photo was on 2 IPhones but would not load to print. Without hesitation, the Mgr. I believe her name was Amber came over and assisted us. She was able to find a solution for our problem. Also once the photo was printed she was not happy with the way it came out and added some enlightening touches to make the photo just right. My wife also had contact with another male employee , he too went out of his way to find out some prices and assist my wife. In this day and age it is rare to find employees and even Mangers who really give "excellent customer service". Thank You! read more

I hate this place a lot. The workers are rude anD Unfriendly. The shelves are barely ever stocked. And it's dirty. Not to mention the teens going in and out causing a disturbance for the rest of the shoppers. read more

There is a Walgreens literally on every corner (see what I did there ) around here, so I'm not going to exhaust my fingers going into things like rewards points, brands carried, etc. I'll instead concentrate on this particular location. This, is my go to Walgreens. I'm on quite a few meditations, my man is on a few, a few more between the 4 kidlets, so I use the pharmacy....ALOT. I've been to various Walgreens plus a few other chains for scripts, and the staff here at Fishhawk is the best to deal with. I especially like Devlin. He's patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer my questions, help me with insurance, and is just an all around nice guy. The rest of the staff have always been pleasant and just as helpful. The store itself is clean as are the restrooms. The staff friendly and helpful. Parking is plentiful but it can be a pain getting out if you need to cross traffic. read more
