The workers at the pharmacy are mostly pretty friendly, but you always get the occasional rude/unhappy one. I've stopped to pick up prescriptions at various times of day and different days of the week and usually you don't have to wait too terribly long. They have the drive thru option which can be nice too but seems to be slower if there's a few cars waiting. Aside from the pharmacy workers, the other staff here have always been really nice in my experiences. They also have an Allpoint ATM which is a nice option because you can use it to deposit or withdraw money from any bank account, so if you ever can't get to your bank and need to do something you can typically stop at a CVS and most of them have this.

The three ladies were truly worse than devils as if they just ultimately decided not to give me my medication that I need urgently. I ordered the Medication from their application on my phone many days ago while it was on auto refill but yet was not refilled. This is my primary Medication for diabetes and also I am a heart failure paitient and lack of my medications can cause severe reactions that can be life-threatening. The did not have it in stock so they sent me atext that they ordered it but will take a few day. I completely ran out of it because of their lateness. I went to this pharmacy where I get all my meds CVS on Bartow in lakeland Florida just to get enough pills to hold me as the late shipment comes in. They completely denied me the pills knowing how important that medication is and how life threatening it can be to not get it. For an entire hour I watched them having the worst attitude and mocking meand wasting time not to serve me while they serve others because I insist to get my medication, shaking their heads at me and treating me as if I was a lunatic to ask to get my medications that they failed to get on time. One of them says she didn't like my attitude after shaking her head at me down talking to me as if I was a slave at her service that just must just go away because it's not conveniet for them. I spoke to the store manager and she also could not talk them into giving my medication. (FYI) There was an entire month's bottle that was in the pharmacists hand and she refused to give it to me. I have never seen such neglegance or bad attitude in any sort of business let alone in a pharmacy with this kind of attitude dealing with people's medications that people depend on for dear life. I left and I still do not have my medication( Synjardy 1000) I take two tablets daily and of course because of their neglegance now I do not have any medication and I know this will cause many medical issues because of it.

It's basically a small Ma and paw pharmacy that just happens to be in a large grocery store! The communication between the pharmacy and the customer is an A+ and before they distribute the medication to you they always run it through other systems to make sure you're getting the cheapest price even if you have private insurance! Never a long wait time for telephone would recommend this pharmacy to anyone who lives in the South Gandy area near the Air Force Base! Plus, they have Saturday and Sunday hours, which is also a plus!

When I took my lunch at work and not even half way through I put a pie of Salmon in my bite. I feel something hard at first but I know sometimes Salmon ny have some soft bones that you can eat. I proceed to chew agin and there it was. A 1" or so fish bone, hard and thick. I took it out of my mouth and I took a video and a picture of it. Im usually very scared of eating fish but I was comfortable because is Publix. However, be mindful this might happen to you too and it can end up in a horrible situation with admiration at a hospital. Put close attention when eating from there their raw fish.

A win, win situation. I think the entire process took 10 minutes. The pharmacist that administer the shot was thorough, gentle & knew the proper part of the arm to use as the injection site. Nothing bad about this experience. What's a girl to do? Quick, convient & I get rewarded with a gift card....now that's what I call good business.

Much of the problems I have seen with Publix pharmacies comes from headquarters - the hours are too short, the pharmacy is not stocked like a drugstore/pharmacy facility, and often the Publix stores seem short-handed. The reason for having a pharmacy at the place where you buy 90% of your food is convenience in time and driving cost. If the people at Publix headquarters don't improve their areas of shortcomings their share of the pharmacy market will remain wherever it is at this time.
