    Santa Fe, NM Sams Club I am a person with a suppressed immune system and put an order online for pick up for a birthday gift for a family member I am visiting for today. As you know, drive up, open you hatch, they put the order in and you drive off. When I returned to my family's home (I am a visitor to this store). The box (insta pot) was beat up. Every corner was beat up, no handle and even the protective styrofoam was cracked. I can not believe this worker thought it was ok to bring this out for a pick up order. I called the store, no answer. I called the main customer service talk to a rep and then a supervisor. The supervisor was a kind man RJ. He put us on a 3 way call with a manger named Karen. During the conversation I think Karen forgot that the supervisor was still there. Karen rudely kept interrupting me and just plain rude. Karen offered me a $10 gift card and told me I HAD to come into the store for a return on an item I got at pick up area. AND HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME. It is encouraged that people with suppressed immune systems shop on line and do pickups. Santa Fe I know is back to Covid restrictions. So WHY WOULD KAREN THE MANAGER MAKE A CUSTOMER WITH A SUPPRESSED IMMUNE SYSTEM STAND IN LINE WITH 40 people to return an item that was damaged from minute one. All I wanted to do was go back to drive up. Have them swap the damaged product for a new one. Simple solution for a customer with my health issues. KAREN I AM SORRY YOU WERE HAVE A BAD DAY. I OWN A RETAIL COMPANY AND IN A MILLION YEARS I WOULD NEVER HANG UP ON A CUSTOMER AND OR RUDELY NOT RESOLVE THE SOLUTION.

    Lack of competent help at the service desk. Tried to get a renewal card and non of the employees know how to change the printer to produce ID cards so far 45 min standing in line. The lot needs to be trained in basic printer cartridge change This is not the first time I'm having to deal with the lack of customer service at this location.

    Oh my goodness... the coffee. Lots of choices for your morning  cup of Joe.

Picture this: checkout is literally right by the exit door. The long-haired, gray-haired security guard stood there watching every single item scanned and bagged. Then, as I step out, he suddenly decides it's his "job" to demand my receipt--as if I was sneaking something out. Not only insulting, but pointless. He saw the entire transaction. And just so we're clear: in New Mexico, stores cannot legally force you to show your receipt at the door. The only exceptions are membership clubs like Costco or Sam's Club, where you've actually signed a contract agreeing to that policy. This wasn't one of those places. This was just harassment.

I asked for a bag since we are walking the lady just turned her face. I asked again if I could get a bag the manager and security personal just looked at me. I said I guess not and walked out with my clothes in my hands. This is unnecessary behavior of the employees, she was rude to the other people in line before us as well. I would have walked out but I needed these things and could not find them at tj max next door. It doesn't hurt to be nice not one person was rude to you after you were rude to them.
