Like the East Shore Costco, it has Halloween and Christmas items, so it's not too soon to shop for a great selection. Staff here are friendly and helpful when you need help finding items. Costco membership offers great prices and savings on everyday and seasonal items.

The desire was obvious - it's so much nicer to have one in town than having to drive some 19 miles to the next town's Costco! Second, this is the only Costco I've been to that isn't overrun with crazy shoppers. I can actually shop stress-free! I don't have to be cutthroat just to find a parking space. And the gas station? I've never had to wait in line. It's massive-- have you seen a gas station that has 24 pumps across 8 lanes! It's been over six months since the grand opening on October 30, 2025. While the number of shoppers has grown a bit, it's still in the "sweet spot"--busy enough for the store to stay profitable, but quiet enough to keep the shopping experience pleasant.

I thought it might be a one off so I grilled a second steak which has the same issues. I was told by Restaurant Depot staff that the 11 remaining steaks cannot be returned because of the time lapse even though they were constantly frozen. I am now going to throw away around $150 of meat.

Unsightly like this, it could deter potential customers. Stepping inside, I was pleasantly surprised by the large variety of items. It essentially is a low-cost grocery store, organized as a grocery store, unlike an industrial warehouse type of business. Prices of some items were too high considering the dollar store within the plaza. For example, a gallon of Turkey Hill iced tea cost $2.99. That is no bargain compared to non-outlet groceries and dollar stores. Paper and plastic goods were reasonably marked down, although environmentally unfriendly Styrofoam is too abundant. There appear to be a number of homeless people near this establishment entrance. It is very sad to know there are people suffering no matter the events leading up to their situation. I think this establishment could partner with community organizations on supporting disadvantaged.

I was having an issue getting the computer to connect with my phone over Wifi (I didn't want to use the public connector cables). I asked one of the ladies who was generally facing me. She turned and walked back over to the other two and kept gossiping with them. I called out again and she came over. I told her my problem, she didn't do anything with the screen, just pointed to the connector cables and told me I had to use those. When I said I didn't want to, she said she couldn't do anything. I got up and left the store at that point. Granted, this was just once experience, but it doesn't speak well to their customer service.

When you go there you can't put it on an account you have to pay. Now, you need to have a yearly membership card Instead of telling them where you work to receive the discount. The more that is bought the better the reward program, so most companies want you spending money because it helps them, the employee gets a perk, doesn't harm anyone ( you're paying). Today bill was $75. If I was a member it would have been $50. That's a big difference. When you go there the pricing advertised in 150 font is the member price and the 16 font price is nonmember. I looked over what I was purchasing and put back a majority of it because I know that Amazon has it. This is a losing situation for the company I work for, and for themselves. I want to support local business, please don't have policy that prevent that. I always loved coming there, but can't afford nonmember pricing or yearly member dues, when I can get from Amazon.

Plenty of choices for spices you don't need to buy an over abundance of an item they do sell smaller packages! If your looking for high grade appliances they do have restaurant grade here! Staff are always friendly, welcoming and product knowledgeable!

They are a preferred provider with my insurance plan, and have saved me hundreds and hundreds of dollars per year over my previous provider (also preferred). I had no idea pharmacy providers prices for a Medicare plan could vary that much! My previous pharmacy offered exceptional, personalized service, and I was afraid I would lose that with a new one. Nope! Medicine Shoppe has a great team that provides a great experience each time! Shout out to Meaghan and Linford with whom I have most to interactions...they're both top notch in friendly service, accuracy and having orders ready on time. The Medicine Shoppe also has delivery available daily for a nominal fee. Another service worth mentioning...walk-in vaccinations during regular business hours. Little to no wait. Finally, while I have had an very occasional less than stellar interaction with one or two team members, I whole-heartedly recommend the Medicine Shoppe on South Queen for all your prescription and vaccination needs.
