This was long overdue. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to brush up their driving skills and take the test.

Highly recommended testing center…read more Today, I had my warm up session followed up by driving test. The whole experience was very smooth and informative too. The instructor gave me exact pointers where I need to work more. In the past, I had a pathetic experience in one of the other driving licensing center. Therefore, I was having very low expectations but the whole session definitely surprised me in a good way.

The zoom link for classes rarely worked properly, always routing my son to register again. The time…read morespent to try to access the class was incredible frustrating each day. They are very strict on the start time (which I appreciate), but that means links need to work properly. Also, my son was sick, very sick, and we had to pay $89 cancellation fee for his driving lesson. Again, I know there are policies, but when a child is sick there is no grace or compassion. This is all business. I do not recommend this company for the above two reasons. I amount of time I had to take off work to email with issues about accessing the court, or micromanage the course itself is ridiculous. For $800+ accessing zoom should be simple, recording attendance should be easy and if a child is sick, there should be one reschedule that is allowed. I genuinely don't leave bad reviews unless I truly feel as though the service was not acceptable and in this case, I feel this deeply. My drivers ed experience was amazing as a kid. It was empowering and exciting. My kid has had nothing but frustration since enrolling. 0 stars.

My 4th class was with Logan McCleerey and he made my journey that much easier. Logan gave me great tips and constructive feedback. He is gave me plenty of confidence boosts. It was a key to my success as I am a nervous driver. For my road test and warm up class, he went outside his schedule and accommodated me. I greatly appreciate that. Logan is the best. That being said, all the staff and instructors at 911 are awesome. I'd recommend the school a 100% and Logan a 1000%

He made me feel comfortable and supported, which made a stressful experience much easier. I really appreciated his attitude and professionalism. Unfortunately, I had a very different experience with another examiner, Santiago. He spoke extremely quietly, which made it difficult for me to understand his instructions during the test. I also felt very uncomfortable because his overall attitude came across as harsh and unfriendly. At times, I felt like I was being marked down for things that I believed I was doing correctly, and the experience left me feeling like I wasn't being given a fair chance. I think the experience can really depend on who you get for your road test. If you get Lonnie, you're in great hands! My experience with Santiago, however, was very discouraging and unfortunately made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I hope the school takes feedback like this seriously because the examiner's attitude can make a huge difference for students who are already nervous about their test.

Friendly people who give amazing service!…read more This place came highly recommended by a friend so I took my uncle here for his driving test. Our biggest issue was that he couldn't speak English well, but his proctor, Niykee, eliminated that barrier by using hand signals instead. She spent time going over motions and hand signals with my uncle, to make sure both parties understood each other before going out on the drive. Really great service and caring instructors!

The agents over the phone named Ryan and Lucas are very helpful. You have to book and pay first over their website and the agents will help you through the process. For the actual test, my husband mentioned that the instructor/test agent is very nice! (Her name is Kim by the way) Though he is very nervous, she made him calm and confident. After the test, she went over the mistakes and discussed it with him. Disclaimer: My husband passed the test. Tip: If you can bring your own car (which you have been using for practice) will be the best option for the test. Remember: cars accelerates and decelerates differently. Gist: the more familiar you are with the car for the exam, the higher chance of passing! One more thing, mistakes accumulates and hurts your grade. So, practice practice practice. Goodluck!
