The sandwich arrived already completely soaked through with au jus, making the bread soggy and falling apart before I even picked it up. The au jus itself was unusually thick and slimy instead of being a light dipping sauce. The presentation looked rushed and careless, as if no attention had been paid to plating. The service only got worse from there. After our food was delivered, no one came back to check on us, ask how everything was, or offer refills. We eventually had to flag someone down just to get our check. I also think the wait staff could benefit from better training in professionalism and guest interaction. The overall service felt awkward and inattentive. What makes this experience even more disappointing is that my wife and I have always enjoyed coming here.
