We purchased a Philly Cheesesteak and Gyro today to split. Neither were any good. There was little flavor to the meat at all even after trying to add a little salt. It did nothing. My boyfriend did eat half of the Philly but after a few bites I had to ask for a refund. I can't see spending close to $30 for food that we didn't like. I requested a refund on the gyro and was told they have to call the corporate office. They will get back to me today, tomorrow, or sometime next week. So basically never. If you have ever had a real Gyro and you know what a real gyro tastes like, you will be disappointed. Save yourself the headache. Not to mention rude service. read more

Ok, so waiting for our mall sushi, just my son and I and I noticed a Greek place across the cafe court. I haven't had Greek food since like Wednesday. I need Falafel. I ask the kind gentleman about falafel, he informed me they removed it from the menu. I am stricken with sadness, I love me some falafel. He asked if I ate meat, I tell him not much.. he offered a veggie Gyro. WHAT IS THIS SORCERY?!? I figure why not? So I order it. They load it up. FREAKIN AMAZING!! Heaven, I tells ya!! I can't believe there are actually some 5-star ratings for this place...assuming it's the same place I ate it, which is in the Southern Hills Mall food court. The beef was dry and tough. The pita bread was way too chewy, maybe it was stale? Sorry. The place I ate at was called Sam's Mediterranean Restaurant, where Burger King used to be in the food court. If that's not the same thing as Sam's Gyros, I apologize to the owner. read more

Save your money!!! I would give it none if I could! I went out with my son last tuesday and he wanted a chicken gyro so he got it and I ate at another place. My son when he got to the table took 2 bites and started to choke! When he got the food out of his mouth he told me that the meat in the gyro was so dry he couldn't swallow it! Because my son could barely talk due to a sore throat I took the gyro back and asked for a refund and told them why my son couldn't eat it. The man behind the counter ( who made the god awful thing) was so rude and condescending I barely kept my temper! He made a show of putting on a glove and squishing the food and told me that he didn't see anything wrong with the food and threw it away! (Likely to cover up how bad a job he did cooking.) and told me to call the number on my receipt. (Still being condescending) By this time I was fed up with the BS and the attitude Flipped him off as I walked away. When I called the number on the receipt I got a message that the voice mail wasn't set up! The owner? manager? Did call me back and gave me a line of BS about looking over the "security tapes" (yeah right) and if she decided I deserved a refund then it would take a day to send it back to my card. Guess what!
