sold me a tire that was already bald and had a nail in it, not only that but they forgot to tighten 3 of my 5 lug nuts on BOTH front tires. normally I do all of my own maintenance and this was the one time I wanted to pick convenience so that way I wouldn't have to do it myself. safe to say I'll never be using them again. definitely not a shop with any standard of quality. read more

Great help when needed! I was leaving dinner in Oakleaf when I felt something when I turned my tire, the engine splash shield had come loose. I was afraid of driving far and it was 7:45 at night. Most places were closed, we drove by Sam's and saw they were open at 7:54. I pulled in and they said no problem, drive onto the lift, I did and ten minutes later, the shield was secured and we were off! $40 was a good price to have a piece of mind and have something done with no appointment and for 6 minutes before closing. horrible company purchased a used tire on December 19 it completely blew by Jan 1. went back for a replacement they kindly pointed to the no warranty sign. this was the worst blow I have ever seen just cracked all the way around the tire on both sides I wish I would upload a photo. Not worth the time or money they are not good business people. They will sell you garbage with a smiling knowing all sales are final. read more

SCAMMERS!! Sold me a defective tire and when I went back I was told no warranty, fine. I went somewhere else and found out the two tires I got from Sam's on 103rd where SMALLER than the back tires and what's suppose to be on the car. I just wanted to take the time to say that these people at Sam's Tire's really do go above and beyond. They really deserve a bit of recognition since I see they don't have any reviews. My new antique project Cadillac had broken down and needed to be towed to the closest new/used tire shop I could find by my "break down" location on I-95. I did some research and found these guys on Google Maps business lists for nearby by applicable shops. When I called the owner, he was super kind and gave me a great quote I couldn't refuse on used tires that were only about two years old with good tread and zero dry rot to be able to get me back on the road. When arriving with my 79' Cadillac coming off of the tow truck, they immediately got to work and let me inspect exactly which used tires and condition levels I could pick from in relation to price/drivability. The tire mechanic was super knowledgeable when it came to this. After picking out my favorite used tires out of his crazy inventory in the back. He started pulling rims and tires off instantly. When he got to work, we both saw that the CV axle's lost their bushings (because it's a super old 1979 eldorado) and to add to that... it also was about to run out of bearing grease which you know what that means. A soon to be seized CV axle! The mechanics there once again, went above and beyond and let me work on my cv axles with their bearing grease and tools! How convenient! They didn't have to let me use their tools, plastics for make shift cv boot and bearing grease! But they did!! Long story short if you want the best service possible, Sam's Tire's on 8779 103rd St is the place to get it done. They also own Lewey's Wings and Sea Food on the same property if you want to eat great food while waiting on your car! read more

I always read reviews before I go places especially where they tend to take advantage of women so I'm going to post my experience. I'm strapped for cash at the moment because I'm a single mom my car needed 4 tires and at the dealership they were charging close to a 1000$ (for the tires, installation and tax.) I decided to use afterpay to order online some affordable tires from Walmart and I went to this tire shop to get them installed. First thing I did was called to get the price so I can have cash. I was told it was 20$ even though I stated I have my own tires. When I got there, there was a guy with an attitude (not the guy doing the tires but he was an employee) all because I told him I was told it was $20 he said well you're going to have to take your old tires with you I said ok that's not a problem. When the other guy was almost finished I noticed he didn't put it on the spinning machine and test the balance. The other rude guy was passing by and I said to him why is he putting the wheels back on and he didn't balanced them he said new tires don't need balancing if anything come back. Bare in mind the $20 is to install and balance your tires with an additional $5 for disposal (per the sign on the wall) I said ok went inside and paid the owner told him what his employee said about the additional $5 he said no it's fine I told you $20 so it's ok. I paid $80 then I left. On my way home it's 45m/hr so I didn't notice any difference until few days later once my car got to 60 it was shaking out of control. I was due to go back to the dealership for fuel cleaning and I asked them if they could check why was my car shaking and I just changed the tires? they said they checked and the tires are not balanced (side note my car had just been aligned previously) so I called the owner of this shop and explained what I noticed and what his employee said. He told me to come back then that same employee told me it's because I have cheap tires the owner also agreed and said the tires were bad tires n I should buy from him he has good tires and he's looking out for me as a brother .... I said ok so I went back to Walmart.com started a return for the tires and used my after pay again and ordered 4 Douglas brand tires which is made by good year and have up to 60k miles in warranty. I pulled up to the tire shop the owner looked at the tires n said I was going to have the same problem. I should sell them on Facebook marketplace and put the additional money n buy the tires from him. That's when I said to myself I'm done. Just to make a buck these people was ok with me driving around with unbalanced tires with my daughters m, what if something had happened to us? I took those tires back to Walmart and return them n ask them at Walmart to balance the tires for me ended up paying $60 but guess whose car isn't shaking anymore? Oh yes my car is good again. This place is horrible and will rip you off. If you bring your own parts, they don't want to provide a warranty unless they purchase the parts for you. They will mess your car up and then don't want to rectify the situation. Several different people saying several different things. Spent way too much money to be screwed over and unsatisfied. Don't come here for anything!! You'd be better off going elsewhere where they guarantee their work and will fix their mistakes. Sincerely a disgruntled customer! read more

These guys are complete con artists. Requested payment before the job. Didn't do half the work and come to find out. Didn't even have the equipment to do the work like the alignment or the ball joints in my F-250 They knew they couldn't even do the job and request payment before the job??
