Always a pleasure to get work done at this shop. The guys are professional and don't waste any time letting you know services aren't required. They are also on top of what looks good regardless of what you're driving and will help get the look you're trying to achieve with your vehicle. Stopped by today looking for a new set of wheels for. Y car. The staff was very helpful in finding a set that I was more than satisfied with. To my advantage the set I wanted was in stock. There was 2 hour wait for the tires to be delivered. Granted we had some issues getting the locks off my wheels due to laziness from my previous company who installed my old set Hot Wheelz worked around that and I was riding in less than an hour. I stopped by Hot Wheelz once before for an alignment on my boyfriend's Corolla. Everyone was really polite and personable and the wait wasn't bad at all. Not to mention it was great service! It's probably because there's an event coming up, but this past week I've tried to stop by for an alignment on my IS300 and the shop's been full every day this week. On the brightside, that can only mean they know their sh*t. The only con I have is that I wish they made appointments, but aside from that, I 100% recommend Hot Wheelz to get a vehicle serviced. I am returning Customer because no matter what they are able to help me. I first wanted aftermarket rims and tires so they were able to hook me up and put in the stock TPM sensors and do an alignment on the car and now that I'm switching back to the stock rims they would happily take out the TPMS sensors and put them back in the stock rims. At first my alignment was a bit off, they only adjusted the front toe. Then I decided to talk to Roland about it and he said he could fix my rear toe and camber. I took it back in the next day and it took a bit. Although the rear toe is with in specs and camber is about the same with the front! Very very happy customer. Roland is great with low cars! I was having trouble finding the proper tool i needed to remove my rim From my Lexis IS 300 and these guys were the ones who provided with the proper tool and information to help me through the process of removing the rim. Hot Wheelz saved me 50% by suggesting that I go with 175 65R14 instead of staying with the 165 65R14. The new size is only 10mm difference in size but they are less than half the cost of the original size. I really appreciate the help from these guys. My bank account is sooo greatful read more
