The shop owners are very friendly and take the time to listen to what you are looking in order to match you up with a product that best fits your needs. They are not pushy in sales and let you make your own decisions. They simply offer suggestions and educate you on the differences between each product they offer. This desk clerk seemed to be quite shady as he acted as if he was running a 1920s illegal speakeasy. My experience with this store has been unprofessional to say the least. This sales associate should be fired.
