Within one minute I saw the tow truck driver just leave my broken car on the side of the street and he just drove off. No courtesy to even speak with me. Tried speaking with his manager and she was unhelpful as well. Overall, not worst tow truck experience ever considering my car broke down. The owner, Rich, appears to take advantage of people who are already trapped in stressful situations and then demand outrageous amounts of money.
