My last couple of visits were excellent. In fact, I asked the gentleman behind the counter if the store was "under new management, or whether it had been sold to a new owner." His response: "Same ownership, new employees." Why? It was clear that - with one exception - there were ALL NEW employees working. When I arrived, just before Christmas, the line was nearly to the door. I initially settled in and expected to be there at least thirty (30) minutes. Boy, was I wrong! The line moved so swiftly, I was up to the counter and done in no time. My second trip back today - to return Amazon delivery - was equally as fast. These folks are now operating with great efficiency and excellent customer service... a complete turnaround. Since I ripped them so hard before, I thought it only right to give credit when it's due. Now the frustration starts, when we drove to Sacramento to file our documents, the staff noticed one of our names was misspelled incorrectly. They said I had to drive back and get that notarized fixed but driving two hrs and back sounds insane but thankfully one of the staff was able to get our documents notarized and spelled correctly. Yes, I was charged another $30 to get it notarized again. But the notary said you should be able to get your documents refunded with a letter from the state. When we return, we drove back to the UPS store and we explained our situation. The situation was the staff misspelled one of our names and they said sorry theres no refund but we charged for our service. I get that I was charged for the service but the service was incorrect and not adequate. It was the staff mistake and she was the one in-charge of the notary and I should be able to get my refund back. It's not my fault, I wasn't the one who wrote the notary. If you're the notary, please double check your spelling before returning back the documents to the customer.

RXO was tasked by The Home Depot to deliver my Simmons Beautyrest mattress. RXO provided an…read moreopportunity to schedule delivery 1 week out a few days after ordering my mattress. To my surprise, the day of delivery, I received a notification requesting to reschedule the delivery since it was delayed. Turns out the mattress only arrived at RXO that same day; thus the delay. The day prior to my rescheduled delivery, I received a notifcation with a 4 hour window for my delivery the next day. The day of the delivery, I received a call when the crew was 30 minutes away. The delivery and mattress removal took merely 30 seconds as I opted out of the white glove service (which was included). RXO did call inquiring if they needed to "assemble" my mattress which I declined. The crew doing the delivery was pretty chilled out.

They will absolutely won't take accountability on anything and should not be hired by anyone ever!!! Update: they only say they care about safety here, but in real life they ignored a gas leak completely even after multiple calls! They knew about it and didn't send anyone to amend it or called back for updates, they refused to answer calls from same number so we tried from other number and even then they refused to own responsibility or take it seriously. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOR APPLIANCES!
