My friend and I have given this Coach location two chances, and both visits were extremely disappointing. On our first visit, as we were heading out, a staff member stopped us and acted like we were trying to steal a coach bag-- We walked in with our older Coach bags, and the same staff member who later accused us of stealing had actually seen us come in with them and even complimented them. It was embarrassing and completely uncalled for. We decided to give the store another try, but the second visit wasn't any better. When we simply asked if a bag we were interested in was available in the back preferably one wrapped up and untouched (the one on the floor was scratched up and creased), the associate a white lady we spoke to gave us attitude. Then at checkout, the cashier a tall black lady raised her voice at us just because we said no when she asked if anyone had helped us, and again when we declined to sign up for their program. Giving us attitude and talking to us like we were children telling us if anything breaks they won't do anything about it. Overall, the customer service here has been consistently rude and unprofessional. We love Coach products, but after two negative experiences, we definitely won't be returning to this location. read more

Big shout out to this location. I bought a cute little purse just before thanksgiving. I've had coach purses for many years and never had an issue. Well sadly with the bag I bought the hardware on the strap broke making the strap unusable. Well they have a one year warranty on their items. So I brought the bag back they were super helpful. Keep in mind sent up an account with them as I lost my receipt they were able to pull up the info from my purchase from my phone number. They offered me a full refund or said I could pick something else out. As luck would have it they had the same bag, same color so I just exchanged it. I recently bought a pair of flipflops which i wore for 3 hours and developed a cut on my foot due to the shoe quality. I attempted to return them. The store clerks were extremely rude, told me they could not be resold due to minimal tread, refused the refund, and seemed to not believe my story of the amount of usage on the flip flops. Yes! We walked in and were immediately handed a coupon for 30% off, with 20% more off on top of that (it sounds like these coupons get handed out almost every day - call ahead to confirm). We walked in at 10:10AM on a Saturday (the store opens at 10AM), and there were already 20 other people in the store. I can't imagine what it'd be like in the afternoon. Actually, I'd think you should always get there right when the store opens, because all the good sale items are going to be gone by 10:30AM. I also enjoyed that I got personalized attention from the employees since I was there relatively early. They asked what I wanted, I told them, and they showed me where to find everything. When I said I didn't like the Coach tag on one of the bags, an employee went to find another one in the back room. When I asked for advice, an employee told me which purse was the most popular and which looked the nicest. And with that nice coupon, I was able to get a wristlet that retails at $58 for only $28 (excluding 6% tax). So while it's a long haul to the Leesburg Outlets, it's definitely worth the drive. read more

These guys were really nice when you go to buy their products but when you go to return something they don't know their store policy. My wife bought something for my mom but she did not like it so she bought another bag for her and I went to return the old purchase. The lady told me I need the credit card that I used to buy it, I told her I live in Arlington and my wife bought it and I have the receipt but not credit card. I asked her opinions like can the picture of credit card works she said no. She said I can get the store credit, I did not wanted to come back so I asked my wife if store credit works but my wife said no. I decided ok I will come back later. A week later I come back with the receipt and credit card only to find out they don't need credit card to return. I was like what, I was mad really mad they made me drive back and forth for no reason and worst part was it was the same person from a week ago who told me she need credit card to return. I called for the store manager now she doesn't know the policy as well because she tell me they need the credit card to put money back in the same same card. I was like I just returned a bag with out a credit card and she was like oh really. Don't think they know what they are doing. read more

This Coach outlet has been great for me over the years. I usually come to get a Christmas gift for my wife. Every time I have visited they have someone at the front handing out coupons. This tactic is very effective because you're saving money within seconds of entering the store and saving money on Coach is ALWAYS a good thing. The selection is plentiful and I have never walked out empty handed. In fact, there is so much that sometimes I have trouble making a choice. This is a good problem in my opinion. The staff is always very helpful and I have never had any issues with them. They regularly ask if you need help and on several occasions they have gone above and beyond to cater to my needs. Whenever I go here the end result is a smile on my wife's face on Christmas morning. This Coach outlet store is massive, and when fully stocked they have everything you could ever want. The offer wallets, bags, clothes, shoes, jewelry, sunglasses, winter accessories, etc. However, they are massively popular and will sell out of items. Today when I walked in Anya greeted me with a 50% off coupon, to me, this says they are trying to clear inventory, and I shouldn't expect more than 2-3 colors on certain styles of bags. But you know what? Half off already reduced merchandise is pretty exciting, even if it means less of a selection. Overall it's a good store and you can definitely find a bargain here. The staff is always friendly and they don't mind calling other outlet stores if they are out of a specific item. B+ read more

Absolutely awful service I was given a purse for my birthday in March and the strap snapped in September. The website said that Coach would repair any of its bags that you took to ANY Coach retailer. We thought we would be best to take it to the place we purchased it from. We didn't keep the paper gift receipt after the first few months. The manager declined to honor the policy from the website, stating that she isn't responsible for what corporate publishes. She completely refused any service to repair the bag. We went with Coach for a more expensive bag because they have a reputation for quality of product and for standing behind their products in the event of a problem. Sadly, neither promise was upheld. Save money and time. Got to any of the other retailer in the shopping center, don't waste your money on Coach!! read more

The store has good selection. I have been to the stores many times. Like all the other Coach Factory Stores, the prices here are really good. They always have good selections at the clearance section. They seem to have extra discounts on the clearance items every other time I was there. I have gotten wallets with 70% discount. That's unusual. But I generally would expect to pay 50% or less on the retail prices. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. I have returned items I purchased from their website at this store and at the Potomac Mills store. The staff here handled the returns without any issues or questions. Not the same story at the Potomac Mills store. One time, I wanted to get a wallet as a gift but the price tag looked really old. When I mentioned this to the cashier. She made a new one for me right away. They always checked to see if I needed additional bags and tissue paper. read more

Same thing happened AGAIN. Funny thing is that I purchased a case here maybe 2-3 years ago. I walked in right when they opened on Saturday of Thanksgiving day weekend. I asked the lady at the front if they had cell phone cases. She replied with "if we do, we don't have them for the iphone, they would be for the Samsung." I said "where would they be in the store." I had purchased a purse there and I had taken the stuff I had on my old purse and place it in the new purse and was going to use it and I decided not to and I decided to return it because it didn't loosen up well I made a return and upon making my return the one assistant manager in there it was really good and said they would not take the parts back because I have used it which in fact I hadn't I had just placed my stuff from it all purse into the new person as I had intended on using it and I didn't so I asked is there another manager to speak to you because I was not taking the person I was returning it so she said we have to return it back on the same card that I had purchased it on and I said I don't have the card so the other assistant manager came over and she so we'll go ahead and take it back in and don't worry about it but we have to send you a check well I finally received the check and I went and I deposited the check into my cutting well about a week later I get the check back the check was returned can you imagine a check from Coach being returned and I had called the customer service number that I received from their customer service reps which again are clueless on calling The customer service department they said that I had to speak with the store because they couldn't help me in the store needed to call the accounting department and talk to them about the check returning apparently this is the first check that has been returned well the manager at coach made it like I was lying the check wasn't returned and I said yes it was and she said well after her doing her research she called her accounting department and they said that the check in fact did come in and was paid well to the check still has not been cleared up and they are stating that the check was paid so they're calling my bank a liar and me a liar so I returned their check back to them and I'm still waiting for response so do not except a check from Coach sad read more

I've gone to Coach stores all over the area before and this one has to go down as one of the worst I've encountered. Horrible customer service and lack of inventory make for, at best, a mediocre shopping experience. Their online fulfillment system is a joke and whatever you do.....do not order an out of stock item via a different store for them to fulfill. I went to the store twice to order a wallet and both times they promised the wallet would be delivered within 2-3 days. Both times they realized the wallet was out of stock at all nearby stores and rather than call to let me know or refund the order, I had to call them back and ask what the situation was. Rather than be upfront about it, I had to jump through unnecessary hoops and hurdles and i'm still left with an empty back pocket with no wallet. read more
