I could never get him on the phone and refused to answer emails - and instead of speaking to me directly, he sent out a notice saying I was being dropped as a client. Not only did I pay him 2K to do (an easy) return that wasn't done properly - it COST me thousands in penalties on the other side. I never give out bad reviews - I'm still in shock at how awful my experience was - and zero apologies. Jason Kassan proved himself to have zero professionalism and zero integrity.
