I walked them through the work and in turn all 4 broke it down for me. They all submitted their quotes, but it was Eric's which was by far the lowest bid. At first I was hesitant since his bid was off by a whole lot. However, he was the one who made me feel most comfortable with the explanation and his bid was the most professional (returned the same day within a few hours, in email/word format, follow up call to assure we received it and to assure it was clear and concise, but also each job had a break down of cost!). I decided to take a chance, though I didn't believe I was taking a risk since I was made to feel comfortable from the get go. I hire him on, he begins work a couple days later and just like that, the work was done! Eric is a very efficient worker, wasted no time in reassuring me where everything was going and if anything came up he would make sure I was involved.
