He has a very heavy Spanish accent and said he preferred that I send him, via email, my location, phone, and description of what needed to be done (along with photos). He confirmed the appointment. Hany came right away within 30 minutes and was very quickly able to diagnose the issue that I had. Turns out it wasn't an issue inside of my house. He didn't provide a quote prior to arriving, but simply removed 3 batteries and had the audacity to charge $250. Had I known he would be completing a job my 6 year old niece can complete, and charging $250, I would have went with a different vendor. After expressing my confusion, he came down to $200, then $250. His reasoning is he had to drive super far to provide an estimate. If that's the case then he should be servicing an area that's much closer instead of adding extra charges to charges to accommodate for his lack of planning. Do better. read more
