Very unprofessional. On a Thursday I scheduled an appointment with Hany at my house for 10am the following Monday. He has a very heavy Spanish accent and said he preferred that I send him, via email, my location, phone, and description of what needed to be done (along with photos). He confirmed the appointment. I somehow got water in a kitchen electrical outlet. Sparks flew, you could hear crackling sounds and at first a lot of black smoke, then white smoke surged out of the outlet. We hired Hany to install our NEST thermostat. This was not an easy job because we had older wiring. Nonetheless, he figured out what needed to be done and installed it beautifully. On a side note, one of the wires had apparently come loose a couple of weeks later, and the unit stopped working. I called Hany, he arrived promptly, tightened the wire and got it going again. Heny is reliable and honest. He doesn't just fix electrical problem but also guarantees his work. I have had other electricians (no names) and they misdiagnosed the issue. I had a dish washer malfunction issue but turned out that the machine just needs a hard reset.
