My daughter was not aware that she was supposed to receive a physical receipt. She is a disabled vet with PTSD. in text messages with Albert he agreed to sell her back her watch for escalating values. My daughter understood the transaction to be a loan against the value of the watch. Despite repeated requests for receipts, Albert talks in circles and refuses to provide what my daughter and I have requested. We will be taking him to small claims court at the minimum and report him to any regulatory authority to which he answers to. I will update this review as the situation progresses. In the meantime, please beware of the unscrupulous behavior of this person.
