Just recently brought my 2000 BMW M Roadster to them to push out a dent somebody put in my fender after a hit-and-run in the HEB parking lot. And now 2 weeks ago had them push out a dent near the gas cap on a 2019 4runner after my wife had a run in with our garage. Unfortunately, I had a new Subaru WRX that was hit by a hailstorm within the first few months of ownership. It racked up a few thousand in damage, which I am used to after living in Colorado for so long. I waited quite sometime before I took my vehicle in for repairs. I brought in my Genesis Coupe with a fairly deep door ding with paint transfer from another car. Being that my car is black, I was worried that some part of the worked on area would still be noticeable after the job was done. A couple of years back, right after I purchased the love of my life--a 2006 TL--someone had the audacity to key the entire length of the trunk lid. It was devastating for me, most especially because I had not even put the plates on the car. I got a quote from a body shop to repair the damage--$500 to sand down the piece and completely repaint it. I knew that matching my paint color would be nearly impossible and the likelihood of the paint job flaking, chipping, or discoloring was much higher if I were to get the piece re-done. Not wanting to spend that much money on something that would likely make the car look even worse, I left the scratch on my trunk for nearly 2 years, wondering at other options. Then one of my good friends told me about Mauro. I can't say enough great things about him, his shop, and the work that he did on my car. He found the matching color to paint in the bare metal, had one of his guys touch up some dings and places on the front of the car where bugs had eaten away at the paint, and told me to come back two days later for him to sand down the edges of the paint job. Today I returned and he did precisely what he said he would--the scratch is much more difficult to see now, and the paint job blends seamlessly with the trunk lid. I felt like Mauro was incredibly professional, respected my time and was upfront and honest about the process of repairing what had been done to my car with respect to how it would look and what he thought his shop could do. I arrived today from a business trip to find my car had a dent. My car is only 5 months old and I was really upset about some careless a-hole who decided to mess with it. The dent was on the rear door close to were the hinges are. To make things worse it as on the edge that goes from front to back. Called the first hit on the search but they could not see me right away (yes, I am that anal) Start to Finish was the second hit and when I looked at the address, it was close to the airport so I decided to go there instead. I was greeted very politely and quickly by Mr. Mauro DeLuna. He looked at the dent on my car and said that even though it was small, it was on a difficult place but he would do his bet. One hour and a half later, he was done and when I went to see the car, it was like nothing had ever happened! You know how sometimes even though your car has been fixed you can still see the damage that it had before? Well, this time I could not find it at all. The have a very nice waiting room with clean bathroom and free wireless in case you want to wait while they work on your car. Full disclosure......I'm a freak when it comes to my vehicles. So you can imagine how I 'lost my rabbit' when I found a door ding on my '11 Equus. I called ahead, Mauro evaluated it when I arrived and was a bit concerned because of the depth of the dent but said he'd do his best. I'm so incredibly happy I was given Mauro's (owner) card! Apparently a fight broke out next to my pearl black 1794 Edition Toyota Tundra with less than 15,000 miles, because the next day when I returned to pick it up, there was 6 three inch and bigger dents in the side of my new truck. Including 2 right on a body line. I brought my truck over to Mauro that next Friday for a estimate. After a quick inspection, he said they were very bad and would be extremely hard to remove but he would do his what he could and give him a couple days. He and his team were able get 99.8% of the dents out. You have to look at the perfect angle with perfect lighting to see the smallest of imperfections. He also finished it a day earlier than quoted which was great! I'm expectations were surpassed by a mile. Upon delivery he also removed a scuff from my wife's new Highlander that was hit in a parking lot! If you're looking for quality PDR that's affordable, look no further than Start to Finish. OK, I tolerated some punk keying the Mexican Mafia gang sign in the hood of my car, and the big nick from a stone on IH 35 on the front hood, but when I picked up 3 separate door dings on the driver's door in one day, I asked Carolyn at Your Mechanic who to see. She recommended Mauro, and they turned the car around in less than one day! The hood damage is buffed out, you have to know where the door dings were to see the slightest crease in the sharpest two..
