Not enought tellers i waited 30 mins with 1 teller and 3 members in front of me. When I said they need to do better especially on a Friday 4 .30 pm. Teller decided to give me the silent t treatment, including throwing my Id onto the counter. Asked to please not throw my card when I handed it to her. There were 3 people on their desks with Not one sitting helping a customer. The manager and a second employee strolled the bank discussing personal matters with 0 urgency. It wasn't until you can hear them conclude their personal conversation when the second teller hopped on to her computer glanced on her phone and called me up with an attitude of her only calling me becaouse she had to. By then, there was a line of over 10 people. I was also told they won't help me in Spanish because it goes against their rules. Also was told that their isn't refinances on car loans until further notice. What is going on with SDCCU.

Review is based on an experience it says a lot about our current one sided banking system. My elderly mother is making a purchase seller requested last 3 months of bank statements. We went into the branch to request copies and they wanted to charge my mom $5.00 for each statements copies. I had to protest this my mom has nearly $500,000 in their bank that they're making money on to finance loans etc... she's not making shit! Well out of the goodness of their blackened hearts they waived the fee!

Line was a little congested but moved along fairly quickly. The bank teller greeted me and was efficient with her service. However the ATM was being finicky because it wouldn't deposit my money that's why I had to go in, in the first place. Overall inside was festive with Halloween theme decorations, looked clean and they provide hand sanitizer.

No customer service Managers sitting on their b#tts. 10 deep line

12 people in line. 1 teller working. And it was a talker in training. No sense of customer service. Sdccu has gotten comfortable with excuses of covid. Time to go to Navy Fed or Mission Fed.

Waiting on hold 1.15.2020, 3rd day in a row I'm trying to reach someone in order to access my account that I lost access to.

Yes. I'd recommend this credit union. Good service, low fees. I prefer credit unions over traditional banks.

I always come and do my usual business at this location, but I had this lady employee (whom I've never seen at this branch) who had an ugly attitude I'm not sure if she was having a bad day. I got her and told her to "have a nice day" because I'm not sure why I was treated with so much disrespect from her, she wasn't even the one helping me with my transaction, Helen (the new employee who is always great) was. However, Helen had a question/clarification in regards to my transaction and she went to her coworker for some assistance. This lady, her is DEVIN, comes up explaining that I can't do my transaction because xyz ( I won't get into detail) but she continued on to say that they aren't liable especially since they informed me about a policy. I COMPLETELY understand the policy. I have been a Navy Federal member for 6+ years now, you would think I would understand protocols and policies. She was just very nasty going back and forth with me about stating I couldn't do such transaction even I've always done it and there were no issues. I am disgusted and disappointed in this branch. It's obvious she needs to work on her customer service skills. And for me to write such a detailed complaint, this truly needs more attention. Veterans and families deserve to be treated with respect, isn't that Navy Federal's motto anyways???

This is for the Navy Federal in Santee not the one on Fletcher Parkway…read more I just couldn't find the one in San If I can rate that branch, I would give it a -50 Hands-down, we've had the worst experience. I have personally ever experienced in a bank and we've been with the Navy Federal Bank for 30 years. My mother is elder Bedford. Her debit card wasn't working. She hasn't drove a vehicle in 20 years. They wanted her to get a identification card, which is fine. That took a week remind you there's no food for her. There's no medicine for her. There's nothing her kids had to figure something out the following week go back into the branch. They literally give this 80 year-old elder so much obstacles just to unlock her debit card and get her money, it was absolutely asinine the disrespect we got from that branch and the people working there was diabolical. Again on her son, and they looked at me like I was literally a criminal who should not be in there when in fact, I'm the one who's been taking care of my mother for the last 20 years I took days off work to go in there to solve this issue so we can get her medicine. They told us basically go get another bank account from another financial institution find 16 different forms of identification, even though the woman told us she knows my mom was the woman but there's policy and that's the problem. Navy Federal's policy basically is elder abuse it needs to change because there's no way an elder woman should be waiting almost 2 weeks to get her money and then go back in to have more obstacles to have to deal with just to identify her even though the branch lady says she knows the woman in front of her is the same woman. Again, I'm going to go as high as I can to complain because these people just shoved us out the door and could care less I highly advise nobody to ever go to that branch or ever deal with Navy Federal again we had to go to another bank to open up another checking account to come back to Navy Federal to prove identity. Absolutely I diabolical the new. Bank looked at it like we were idiots why would they want you to do all of this just to identify an elder that's been with the branch for 28 years are you kidding me. These people are evil and they don't care at all and all they tell you sorry it's policy. It's policy. Hands-down, the worst financial institution on this planet is the branch in Santee Navy Federal.

Every time I walk through the door, I'm greeted warmly, and that small gesture alone sets the tone for a great experience. This particular small branch is ideal for quick, efficient transactions. It's never overcrowded, and there's always enough staff on hand to assist you promptly--something I truly appreciate in today's fast-paced world. While they don't offer all the services of a larger or full-service branch, they're excellent for basic banking needs like deposits, withdrawals, or account assistance. One thing to note: there are no public restrooms, so keep that in mind if you plan to be there for more than a few minutes. If you need more in-depth banking services or consultations, I'd recommend the La Mesa branch--but for quick in-and-outs with top-notch service, this location is a favorite of mine. Navy Federal continues to make me feel like more than just an account number--they make me feel like a valued member which places great value on this institution for me. Ps they do share a parking lot with Panera Bread and Chase bank so be prepared to look for parking and also parking places are much narrow which gives this place for me. 4 star.

I had recently replaced one of them with a pre-owned ACURA I purchased about a month ago which was a very good car buying experience. The dealership we had worked with was great. I still needed to replace the second lease vehicle and I wanted to replace it with another ACURA. I began my search to replace the second lease vehicle. I contacted several dealerships in the LA area over the next 2 months to find another well taken care of vehicle at a fair price. You would think finding any vehicle in a densely populated metropolis such as Los Angeles would be fairly easy, with a plethora of options to choose from. Not so much the case or at least not so much my luck until I expanded my search outside of LA and came across New to You Auto Sales in El Cajon CA. New to You Auto Sales not only had the vehicle (i.e. make, model, options, color, mileage, etc.) but it was also in outstanding condition and they offered it at a very fair price! I checked it out from top to bottom and it was in as good as a new vehicle condition. We made the purchase and drove back home to LA county. Once we got the vehicle back home, I had a certified mechanic give it a thorough inspection and everything came back 100% positive with no issues. The mechanic was equally impressed. I'm glad to say working with New to You Auto Sales was a great experience!

Nothing terrible, just depending on the day and timing. Let's talk parking first. Whew. It can definitely be a challenge. The branch is located in the La Mesa Spring Valley Plaza, which is shared with several busy businesses like Round Table Pizza, Albert's Mexican Food, Vons, Sports Clips, and even an Asian buffet among others. Because of that, you may find yourself circling the lot a few times waiting for someone to pull out. If you're coming during peak hours, just prepare for that. I usually stop by when I'm already in the area running errands and just need to get in and out. For quick transactions, deposits, or basic banking needs, it works perfectly. Now let me say this -- the staff here are super sweet and very friendly. They really do try to take care of customers in a prompt and professional manner. I've never had to handle any major financial matters here, but for everyday banking needs, they've been solid. They also have an ATM outside and a drive-through option, which is convenient if you don't feel like going inside or you're short on time. Overall, California Coast Credit Union is a great credit union with multiple locations throughout San Diego County, plus access to shared branch locations in certain areas. That flexibility is a big win for me because I can bank pretty much anywhere I am in the city. If you're on the fence about joining California Coast, don't be. If you're looking to establish checking, savings, or just want a reliable credit union with accessibility around town, they're definitely worth giving a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed.
