I had recently replaced one of them with a pre-owned ACURA I purchased about a month ago which was a very good car buying experience. The dealership we had worked with was great. I still needed to replace the second lease vehicle and I wanted to replace it with another ACURA. I began my search to replace the second lease vehicle. I contacted several dealerships in the LA area over the next 2 months to find another well taken care of vehicle at a fair price. You would think finding any vehicle in a densely populated metropolis such as Los Angeles would be fairly easy, with a plethora of options to choose from. Not so much the case or at least not so much my luck until I expanded my search outside of LA and came across New to You Auto Sales in El Cajon CA. New to You Auto Sales not only had the vehicle (i.e. make, model, options, color, mileage, etc.) but it was also in outstanding condition and they offered it at a very fair price! I checked it out from top to bottom and it was in as good as a new vehicle condition. We made the purchase and drove back home to LA county. Once we got the vehicle back home, I had a certified mechanic give it a thorough inspection and everything came back 100% positive with no issues. The mechanic was equally impressed. I made one final counteroffer, which he said the owner declined. I responded that we would still come the next day, and he replied, "I'll be here." At no point did he tell me that the previously discussed out-the-door price was no longer available. My son and I drove approximately three hours back to the dealership expecting to purchase the vehicle. After we arrived, we were told the owner would not honor the previously discussed price and that the dealership was sticking to the advertised price. We immediately left. The issue wasn't that my final counteroffer wasn't accepted. The issue was that we drove six hours round trip based on what we reasonably believed was an agreed-upon price, only to find out after arriving that it would not be honored. I understand that negotiations don't always end in a sale, and I don't expect every offer to be accepted. However, I do expect clear communication and respect for a customer's time. Had the dealership simply told me before I made the drive that the original offer was no longer available, I never would have made the trip. If you're traveling from out of town, I strongly recommend getting a written buyer's order or purchase agreement approved by management before making the drive. It could save you hours of driving and a great deal of frustration.

Not even 2-weeks after purchase. Contacted Import Auto Outlet, said they could help. After many emails the dealer said he could refund me $300 for a $3,000 repair. His "mechanic" is only ASE certified. Unfortunately luxury cars need specialist for specific torque pressures and so on. They could not provide me with any credentials that this mechanic had a certificate to work on Audi. Long story short after $4,000 bringing her in for repair here it is (I will attach pictures as well): - car was missing a crankshaft bolt!! (which is the central part of a car "heart", which is the timing of the cars engine) which Audi told me that it may not be the same if i were to fix- haven't fixed yet it costs too much. ($3,000+) - the pulley tensor will soon need to be replaced ($1,000+) - the car needed a NEW STARTER! (paid $3,000) - the water pump had a lot of corrosion and was leaking (paid $1,000) - they over filled the oil I would suggest selling your cars at the value they are worth, this car was in FAIR condition and should have been sold much cheaper. If you have a general ASE certified mechanic working on these luxury cars, that a big NO get someone certified in the car needing a repair. A lot of professional shops turned me down and could not work on this luxury car.

I took it to a Toyota dealership and of course the lights went off every time I was going there. 2nd, the car burns oil so fast I have to fill up a quart every week! Third, the clutch is on it's way out, the slave master cylinder is going out and I'm also hearing a clicking noise from the transmission whenever I take off. And Fourth, my engine is going to need a rebuilt , I can hear the knock especially when I'm driving at 2,500rpm. At first I was going to refer a friend here, but another dealership saw my license plate and said "Ooooh that place has a really bad reputation" To add on to that, my interest rate is 24%, when they told me it would be lower. The finance company calls me all the time though I'm not behind on any payments. If you aren't ready for at least a few thousand dollars in repairs, don't go to this place!
