I've been getting solicitations from fresh start dealers since I filed for bankruptcy but was always very skeptical that I'd be stuck needing a huge down payment, being put into an old, unreliable car or both. After I received a letter from Day One and read the overwhelmingly positive reviews I decided to give them a try as my bankruptcy had completed, still skeptical though. I entered my information online on a Sunday and got a call from Stan the following Monday talking about their program and how he could get me into a car without a down payment that same day if I needed it. I sent him a copy of my my most-recent pay stub and he went to work doing his thing.
