First off I want to start by saying that the girls are very kind and welcoming. Unfortunately I did not get the best results with my lashes, I came in for a full classic set the lashes looked cute but after a day I noticed they started to fall off so quickly I tried calling the google number several times but it was disconnected. Finally I found the card and told them what happened they offered me to get them redone since they where almost gone within the 2 weeks. So that was great I went in and showed the girl a photo of the look I wanted a espresso brown color to look more natural.. When I went home my husband asked why my lashes where red, I noticed that they where indeed red mixed with black and I absolutely hated them. They looked stupid and I was embarrassed to even go to work with them. I also noticed they accidentally overcharged me $350 + the $75 for the fill.. which was annoying since I had to wait 5 days for the refund to appear on my card. I told them I hated them and they looked ridiculous and NOTHING like the photo I showed them. The owner said I could come in again, have them removed and get a new set for free and if I wasn't happy with them then she would give me a refund for the full I paid.. I went in Again.. showed the girl the look I wanted and unfortunately I was not satisfied since they look nothing like the photo I showed. I asked them owner for the refund she offered me if I wasn't satisfied and she told me that I had to come in AGAIN and get them removed if I wanted the refund. I told her that she never said that when she told me about the refund and that unfortunately I already spent 6 hours sitting there for a product and look that was not up to the standard and was not going to spend a single more minute coming in, she did not give me a refund. So if you want to get generic lashes sure this is the place for you but if you have a specific look I wouldn't recommend this place. read more

If you value your time, I DO NOT recommend this place. I've been more than patient and have given them several chances, but every appointment has ended in disappointment. This most recent visit--this Mother's Day, no less--was the final straw. I had booked a fill appointment to treat myself, arrived on time, and ended up waiting 15 minutes with no update. I asked if my technician was even coming, and after a total of 25 minutes with no service and no communication, I left. It's frustrating enough that they clearly don't value clients' time, but even more so on a day meant for celebration and family. This wasn't an isolated incident either--at past appointments, the technicians were consistently late and often pushed my appointment back, even while I was already waiting in the parking lot. So again, if your time matters to you, I highly suggest finding another lash place. read more

This was my first time getting my lashes done and the staff there were very helpful. They took time to explain the process and show me the different styles and length of the lashes. I didn't want them to be too dramatic, I just wanted to have regular looking lashes since mine are very thin and I'm going on vacation. I was very happy with the outcome! I went in today expecting a full set but mistakenly booked for a fill. Unfortunately, the lash tech couldn't fit me in due to another appointment after mine, which I completely understand. She offered to reschedule me for the next day but with a $50 cancellation fee. While I understand that the slot could have gone to someone else, I had called ahead at 6:30 P.M. the day before to rebook due to travel delays caused by the L.A. fires. From what I could tell, there seemed to be plenty of availability as of late yesterday, so today's fee felt unnecessary. They've done a great job with my lashes in the past, but I just couldn't stomach paying that much more on top of an already pricey service. It's disappointing that they'd prioritize a $50 cancellation fee over securing a $200 appointment from a loyal customer. It was clearly an honest mistake on my end, and I still drove to make the appointment that day. A little grace would've been nice. I've decided to take my business elsewhere. read more

I actually didn't expect it to be this good because I usually get fall out as soon as I open my eyes, especIally in the morning upon waking up. It was so normal for me that if I see 2 to 5 lashes on my face after waking from rubbing my face on my pillow, then its fine. But, wow nothing has come off. Like, I'm really surprised still! Also, they're so nice and accommodating. They don't make you feel dumb or assume that you already know what to do. Because every place is different and they all have their own processes for clients. They direct you to wash your eyes and ask if you want a blanket, make sure you're comfortable. Its not my first time getting lash extensions and I've been to many places to find my go-to lash place.
