You are greeted by a very nice receptionist who seems like she never has a bad day! Backtracking slightly, this is part of a chain so you go through a system to get your appointment. The app is a little clumsy to use in the beginning. Like most healthcare these days you feel like a number. But once you get in the very capable hands of your physical therapist (mine was Norma) you're given a great assessment. In fact Norma really impressed me as she paid great attention to detail, was on top of everything going on around her and balanced multiple clients along with her technician. She never missed a beat! She even brings the fun with themed activities. It seems like a tight knit family. I have a feeling the technician who worked with me after Norma may have been in training as the same attention to detail was not quite maintained. The great news is I recovered quickly from my injury and didn't need to use all the visits I was eligible for. Happy to be back on my feet and pain free.

I was seen by a nurse named Jacqueline, who was excellent in every possible way, she took the time to come to my house after 7 PM to take care of me and my needs,(one of the best nurses I've ever had). The day after that, a case manager called and said she was coming, same day the physical therapist called and said he was available to come and do an evaluation that same day, I was in shock!!! In how speaking to the right person with kindness can give you so much kindness quickly back.. I was given the number to call and text. Went right to voicemail and no response to the text. I call again, the lady I was transferred to was shocked that I had not heard from the nurse. Stated she would contact him and call me back. I did get a callback and she was so busy talking that she didn't realize I answered. After saying hello 4 different times and listening to their conversation I hung up. Guess what? No follow up. I will tell the surgeons office about this and anyone who's looking for home health not to use this company. I don't understand the lack of caring for prospective new clients. Remember- no one called or showed up. Horrible.

However, the therapist didn't and was creeping around my neighborhood trying to convince me he was a "mobile outreach person". I want to know WHO made him "mobile outreach?" He called me on the day of my appt. with him and I told him I canceled my therapy sessions with him. He kept trying to give me this "from a clinical perspective bs". He asked if he could come into my home!!!" I was like, "Why didn't you call my sister if you were so concerned about me?" He didn't say anything because he couldn't. My sister is with me every other day and she is my emergency contact. He read all of the notes so I am pretty sure he knew that. I am a single female that lives alone. She's the best to work with ,but now they have me with a "therapist" named Maggie every 2 weeks. Well I haven't been able to see her due to her being out. Which is fine with me ,but I feel like there should be a replacement therapist for her while she's out that can help her clients. I did feel like I was "threatened" by my "therapist" Maggie to have my services dropped from here in December 2024 which I wasn't too happy with her when she did that. It made uncomfortable and upset. I'm letting that slide this time due to wanting to continue to see Dr.Elena still. If this happens again I'll have to think about continuing my services here. I will not be "threatened" by a "professional healthcare worker" to drop my services at "professional healthcare place." I called over the to reschedule my appointment with my "therapist" Maggie and the "receptionist" lady at "the front desk" had me on hold for over 5 minutes. I hung my phone and never called back. I had to call back again to reschedule my appointment with my "therapist" Maggie. When you go into the building you have to ask "the front desk" for the key for to bathrooms. Sahara is the best "nurse" I love her she's so cool. They do want you to come in and wait "10 minutes" prior to your appointment time. They can't explain why they want you to do that. If you arrive early to your appointment they won't take you back early. If you arrive to your appointment on time they won't take you back to your appointment right away they make you wait 5-10 minutes. They are always late with everyone's scheduled appointment times. They do ask if have been exposed to COVID & ask you a few questions if you're sick & Do check your temperature on your wrist too. I haven't seen Russell so he isn't there anymore.

I'm a public health nurse but I believe that our bodies are designed to heal themselves when we treat them right. I used to be the type to fix everything w a pill, but the truth is that if we were to fuel and move our bodies as designed, many illnesses wouldn't exist. I do believe there is a time and a place for medicine! But I love knowing that I have found a TRUE PARTNER and educator in my health, not just a prescription drug dealer. Just recently he needed some referrals for orthopedics etc.. Well this went exactly as I would expect, It took a very long time and communication was very poor. Finally after a few months of waiting he received the referral. He then needed referrals for an MRI and this was also yet another instance of incompetence. He Finally received the letter from them along with another letter stating that they no longer want him as a patient. You See they dont want to put in the work or be an actual Dr they are more like an urgent care. Now at 75 years old my father has to go find a new primary. They could care less

From an office that never answered their phone, to repeatedly leaving messages that got no response, to CVS hounding me that they couldn't get responses to requests for prescription refill from the office, to DRIVING to the office to see if they were still even there (3 times!!!) increasingly didn't make for a healthy experience. Thank goodness for Dr West and Jasmyne. Jasmyne could teach my prior doctor's office the proper way to manage and provide awesome patient/customer care. She responds to my emails and makes every effort to get results for my requests. It isn't easy dealing with insurance carriers and all that goes on behind the scenes. AND keep a great attitude. I have been seeing Beth Jacobson on and off for over 20 years, addressing such issues as back and…read moreneck pain, trigger points, and carpal tunnel syndrome. When I first arrived at her practice, I was in such severe pain that I was walking with a cane. Over time, she has provided me with valuable information, exercises, and support in addition to treatments that alleviate the pain. After a course of treatment, taking her advice and doing my exercises, I'm able to walk 4 miles a day on my treadmill! I now return to her whenever I feel as if I need a 'tune up". Whenever I do contact Beth's office, her assistant Sheri bends over backwards to work me into the schedule. In addition to scheduling, Sheri also goes above and beyond to negotiate with my health insurance coverage on my behalf. Everyone associated with the practice makes me feel like I'm a part of the family. Beth has a wonderful, empathetic approach that makes me look forward to seeing her, and I know that I will always leave feeling significantly better than when I arrived. She has also taught me a lot about anatomy and how pain often develops in one part of the body but appears in a different location. The more I understand about my body, the better I can take care of it. I can honestly say that Beth has made a significant difference in the quality of my life, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for an expert physical therapist.
