They explained that the factory tint didn't need to be removed, which was a pleasant surprise and made the whole process much easier. I decided to go with ceramic tint all around, bringing the windows to about 20%, and went with 5% on the moonroof. Everything came out looking great, and I'm really happy with the finished look.
