More chair stock

Worth a visit if you're looking for furniture, including couches, chairs, outdoor furniture, bedroom furniture, rugs, and living room furniture. Many of the larger pieces are returns and sometimes damaged, but sometimes not! The store often has extra sales on top of the discount price, like an additional 30% off. There's also items closer to full price, including bedding, towels, kitchen utensils, appliances and decor. Delivery to your home is easy with a company like Lugg.

I was disappointed when the Crate and Barrel Outlet store on 4th St in Berkeley closed in 2018 after being there for nearly 30 years. While shopping in the Livermore area, we came across an Outlet store. This store is large with most of the floor space filled with furniture for the living room, dining room, bedroom, office and outdoor areas, rugs, wall art, mirrors and lighting. On this day, all the furniture was an additional 40 to 70% off. But most of the furniture have noticeable dings, scratches or dents. Granted they sell quality furniture, but given the condition, it is still pricey. Along the walls of the store, you can find bedding, table linen, glasses, dinnerware and small appliances. We miss the Berkeley store for the great prices they had on glassware and dinnerware. The pricing at this store does not offer the similar deals. Hence, it is not a destination place. Maybe stop by in the area and you might find something interesting.

Was shopping for a sofa/sectional. While they have a number of sofa selections, prices still on higher side, e.g. $1000 for one sectional chair. Delivery looks to be through a 3rd party company. Looked at dining tables and dressers too but most have scratches or scuffs. The smaller household items along the wall seem to be in better state.

I never knew there was Crate & Barrel outlet across from the Livermore outlets. Similar items in stock as the original store. Small discounts available. I checked out the entire store looking for nothing in particular. My sister found 2 Hunter green velvet pillows (perfect for the Holidays). I bought 1 stocking stuffer for Christmas. I found the spatula to replace the one I have lost. I also purchase 2 metal tongs to use for appetizers or what not. The one item that caught my eye was the blue velvet armchair. I wished that I could have brought the chair home with me! Suzanne was very helpful during checkout. I purchased a mug (made in Portugal). There were no signs or Indication that it was microwaveable or dishwasher safe. She offered to check their system what the specs were. I will definitely go there again (if I'm in the area).

A settee costing $2k (table not included)

It's a big space with the center occupied by furniture, which happened to be on sale for the week 30-40% off. I overheard that there's a new sale every Monday, announced on clapboards throughout the store. The soft furniture seem to be in better shape than dressers, consoles, and other wooden furniture. They appear pretty beat up. I dunno if anyone would pay upwards of $1.5k for. All furniture is sold as-is. You will need to coordinate your own delivery service. I would rather buy from a retail store and not have to worry about this. Along the perimeter are shelves lining the walls for Xmas decorations, textiles, and tableware. Turns out the pricing is not marked down unless indicated. Basically, they are retail prices you'll find on the website or any regular Crate & Barrel store. I've been meaning to check out this spot since the one on 4th St Berkeley closed for updated plates and bowls. I do love their style and seem to be of good quality. I got salad plates and matte low profile bowls for $5 and $8 each respectively. I guess there was a $0.34 set discount for each plate bc I purchased 8.

Clybourn desk, ~$1,700 off retail price!

Drove out here from the East Bay and was pretty happy. We ended up finding a desk that was discounted by just under $1,700. It has a few scratches and dings but nothing noticeable that wouldn't have happened anyway after a move or two. Customer service was excellent. It did get pretty busy as we were checking out (a long queue behind us) but overall fairly efficient. The only annoying thing was the difficulty of loading our furniture into the Lugg that we called - there were a couple of cars obviously not using the loading spots for actual loading. Other than that, worth checking out. Much better selection that the Pottery Barn outlet in Alameda. Decent set of couches, a handful of desks, and a lot of kitchenware. (Also, very convenient to then hop over to the outlets across the road!)

Everything was 30-70% off with an additional 15% off

I can't say enough good things about this CB outlet location. Outstanding customer service from MJ and Joe. I've been to 3 of the 4 outlet locations in CA. (This one is my favorite) The Livermore location you will find more than a huge space with incredible selection. Here you'll encounter an interior design team that cares about your vision. I never once felt pressured or upsold. I felt like I could trust their professional opinion. Over the course of a few weeks I collected each piece for a fraction of the full price, be patient and diligent, they get a truckload of deals 3x week. I visited regularly and loved to share the progress of my living space with MJ, she seemed genuinely excited for how it all came together. I will say if you're making a large purchase, like we did, the credit card has really good rewards, take advantage of that value if you can. I'm not throwing shade but the Vacaville location was less than helpful, Livermore location was a breath of fresh air. Anyway, shoutout to the visionary MJ for her advice, my stylish ig worthy living room is forever indebted to her. (Doja Fat if you wanna see a video of the space) Also don't be afraid to hire the third party delivery, their prices are a good value considering what you'd pay for a truck rental, our items arrived carefully wrapped.

Does this store offer shipping?

They have a 3rd party shipping company. If you live locally, it might be more reasonable. We live in Reno, and this shipping company's price was higher than I wanted to pay. So we took a Sprinter van down and loaded up. C&B wrapped all my furniture…

A friend had her whole house remodeled by them and had nothing but good things to say so I reached out to them. I thought I would get 3 estimates, but after working with the designer, Rhonda, and the team to get an estimate, I knew I would just go with them! EVERYONE is professional, communicative, and a pleasure to work with! They stayed on schedule and on budget. Every phase was coordinated that resulted in a beautiful kitchen and windows that make the house look bright and new! It was really fun to work with Rhonda, who helped us design the kitchen. She really knows her stuff and recommends great products within our budget. She is so dedicated and goes above and beyond! One example: We showed her a picture of tile that we liked and when she couldn't find a similar one in their showroom, she went out of her way, driving to a distributer to find us the special tile for the backsplash, which looks amazing thanks to their tile guy who does absolutely meticulous work! Eddie, the owner and Matt, the project manager were fantastic to work with as well as every one who came to work on the project. We had a group text where they would communicate arrivals and plans for the next day or any updates. And if I had any questions or concerns, I could text them and someone responded right away! We've had lots of work done on our house, which have always ended up being a stressful experience and we weren't always happy with the outcome, but I can full heartedly say that we are so happy we used Today's Kitchen & Bath and highly recommend them! And truly, everyone on the TKB team is genuinely nice, and that's what sets them apart!

Kitchen remodelling is one of the most intricate and very detailed oriented task to tackle. It is…read morethe heart of the house. Being said and before you decide to do kitchen remodelling, make sure you have the time to work closely with your contractor! I worked closely with KF from the design to execution throughout the completion of the project. Let me share my experience with KF in details. Working with their sales rep was a smooth process. We worked with Dean through the selection of cabinets, floors, countertops, sink and faucet. Then here comes the selection of appliances. We shopped around and selected the appliances we will put in our kitchen and then gave the details to KF to incorporate it into the layout of the kitchen. A layout and a 3D model was made for review to visually see how the new layout of the kitchen will look like. This is where the critical part of the work needing your attention. Make sure to check the clearances provided for the appliances are all correct. The designer did not check the size of stove we will use. Mistake was made to our layout. We didn't catch the mistake as well and drawings got released for final approval. Then the execution, demolition to our kitchen took place as scheduled. 2 guys came in to remove all the old cabinets, countertops and appliances. It was a 3 day process to demolish and clear the debris. Prepare the walls for new construction. The electrical work. One electrician started to put new outlets and upgrade our electrical sub panel. This is where it got tricky because the new location of our panel is still part of the walk-in closet. The city inspector pointed out it is against the building code to relocate an electrical panel from a closet to a walk-in closet. The good thing was I was able to divide the walk-in closet into two rooms. I contructed a wall to divide this room into a storage where the new electrical panel is located and a separate walk-in closet. I did this work myself because it was not part of the contract. It will be an additional cost if I have KF do this work! The intallation of the cabinets! This is where we discovered the layout was incorrect. The clearance made for the stove is 36 inches, we ordered 30 inches stove. The location of the cabinet for the garbage was wrong too. KF ended up replacing 5 cabinets at their own expense to correct the layout. Make sure that during this process you check every position and clearances for your appliances are correct. This your final check before countertop measurement! The measurement of countertops and backsplash. A guy came in to make a template for the countertop and backsplash for fabrication. The process is to measure and install countertop first and then measure and install the backsplash. Make sure to check the level and squareness of the backsplash and countertop. I checked the backsplash and it was out of square. I have them corrected it on the spot! This is a very critical process and very expensive to correct if installed incorrectly. The installation of new flooring. I picked LVF to replace our carpet and hardwood. There is only one type of floor we use for the entire house. This went very smoothly and efficient. The worker even show up on Saturday to do the work. He knows how inconvenient for the owner is to move things around to clear the areas to install new flooring. Kudos to this worker who did our floor. The installation of appliances. It went smoothly except the anti tipping bracket of the stove was not properly place to capture one foot of the range. I went back and forth with the installer to correct it but I ended up correcting it myself to get approval from the city. The final touches. Ensure you are there and inspect every square inch of the cabinets and walls. You have to point out to the workers to put caulking on every holes you see. KF workers were not very thorough on their final touches. The final inspection. This is where the city will come in to inspect the electrical work, the wall I constructed, the undersink cabinets and do some testing on new circuits of the kitchen. Check and check their work. If you are not satisfied with their work. Make them correct it. This is your only time to tell them to correct things you are not satisfied. For example I have them replaced the valve of the faucet where one of the hoses has tight bend. Check fittings for leaks. This is very important! As I elaborated above, KF has the means to do the work. The coordination with their project manager was not very proactive. You need to make many follow ups to get the work done. Some days have no work activities. A couple of days they worked upto 8 in the evening! Overall I am happy with the result of their work but I also spent many hours to work with them. At the end of the day, it is you who will live in the house and it's your kitchen! When it comes to cost and the hours I spent working with them, the overall cost of this project was expensive.

It's a shame you can't give ZERO stars otherwise I would have selected that option!…read more Avoid this place like the plague!!! Bought a $729 toilet here, couldn't get it to fit in place and they wouldn't take it back!! When I went to return it they asked me if I placed it on the wax ring and I said "yes" because I had a helper and thought he'd already placed it, but that wasn't the case. The base was free and clear of wax. On my first attempt without the wax ring, I realized I couldn't get the bolts into the slots in the floor fitting because the bolts are inside a hole in the porcelain base of the toilet and the walls on each side of the toilet leave no room to bend my wrist and get the bolts in. At that point I realized it was impossible and decided to return it. When I returned it, they asked if I had put it on the wax ring and I said yes initially, because I thought my friend had tried seating it, but he hadn't. So I returned 2 days later with the toilet, told them it hadn't been seated on the wax and they still refused to take it. Also asked me if I had the box and when I told them "no" they restated that they can't take. The box it comes in is well-made of heavy cardboard and put together with heavy staples. It's made to keep the product safe during shipping. No one can't take that box apart and keep it intact for reassembly!! It wasn't meant to be disassembled and reassembled!! Using the box as a "no return" item tells me these two guys are a pair of "scheisters". Stay away from this place and take your business elsewhere!!! Anybody want a brand new $729 unused toilet that is worthless to me!! Thanks for nothing NLB&K!!

I was very nervous to trust such an important job to…read moresomeone I found on Yelp but I had asked around and could not find anybody to do what I wanted to fix my cabinets. They all wanted to just paint them. I wanted them restored to the original finish if at all possible. We paid a lot for these custom cabinets 20yrs ago and really wanted them to be restored to look the same. Michael came out to look at them and told me he has never tried to do work like this before but he was willing to try and felt pretty confident he could do it. If we didn't like it we could always paint them after. It was a risk I decided I wanted to take. We could not wait any longer. 2 of our most used cabinets were severely damaged with water damage - one from a hand towel that had been hanging on it for 20 yrs that would often get damp from hand washing and the other our silverware drawer. They removed all of the damaged cabinet & drawer doors (leaving behind about half of them that had no damage as they were less often used and still looked brand new) and took them to their shop in Livermore. This made the job much harder as they then had to match the color to our existing ones. In addition our kitchen has 2 different paint colors so they had to create 2 different finishes - one a stain and one a paint. Linda, an employee of Michael was in charge of the painting and stain work and the artist who did the work on my cabinets in their factory. She showed us photos along the way and then came back out to reinstall the doors plus also repair the water damage we had on baseboards and cabinet sides that weren't able to be removed. She taped everything off in our kitchen to prep and then spent 2 days refinishing all of the rest of the damage. She was very careful and caused zero problems anywhere around her work. The finished product was absolutely 5 stars - could not have gone any better. I have delayed for way too long giving Michael and Linda credit for the work she did but the benefit to that is that I can now say after over a year (finished Sept 2024) of having the refinished cabinets in my kitchen they have held up perfectly and still all look absolutely brand new (helps not having kids living at home anymore!) I would 100% recommend you to trust Michael and his team to be honest, hard working and skilled crafts people for your cabinets. I was so impressed with him, his business, Linda, and all of their work. Thank you Michael & Linda!
