I like shopping here for Lululemon, especially that the store closes an hour later than the rest of the other stores at this outlet mall location. Always can find a good deal here. During the holiday season the shop does get somewhat busy. So be prepared! Most of the staff are welcoming and friendly, eager to help out. But there are a few which stands out to be not so friendly and helpful. Those individuals ruins the brand name and good will and reputation of Lululemon. read more

The 3 stars are for its late hours: other stores all closed at 8pm, Lulu closed at 9pm. Service could have been more professional. A few of the sales rep were really friendly and helpful. A few yet looked really tired and not wanted to be there, especially the store manager. She looked and treated customers like she was burned out. Selection was great and value was amazing. These are contributed to the 3 stars. Parking is good on a weeknight, weekend can be terrible. Easy to look for where the store is located. read more

Quality/Quantity - Got another shirt. Actually, they had two in stock in my size!! Not the color I would have preferred, but when shopping at the outlets... My daughter told me you were updating your "lines." Getting into work wear...? I noticed purses today... See picture. Atmosphere - Crazy busy, but not as crazy as when we first came on 12/1/24. At least this time people did NOT bump me, run over me, etc. Longer line than our last visit, but again it moved fast. Good prices, and just discovered they have a 1st responders discount. Unfortunately, you have to sign up via a QR code and I am NOT tech savvy so I really struggled... Found an employee to help me and was patient with me under the circumstances as it was crazy busy and I am just an old guy who does not know technology well... Thank you. Service - 5 stars. From the employee that tried to help me with the QR code to the AMAZING cashier who honored the discount even though I could not get the QR code to work. Thank you!! Price - Inexpensive. We made too much in real life! HAHA, if you get that, then you are a lulu super fan, like myself! The 'we made too much' is their 'sale' section on their website or app. The offerings here were possibly a little better than on the WMTM part of the app/website. One to note was the women's sports bras were 2 for $50, where individually they were $29-$39 each. This store had racks and racks of clothes and minimal accessories. I was surprised the quantity of product they offered. The line ebbs and flows, I saw it extremely short and then fully snaking through the stanchions too. They also have stanchions outside to control the intake of the customers, but it wasn't needed when I was there shopping. The staff were extremely busy doing various things, so the vibe they give off is a little different from a 'normal' lulu store. They were nice, just busy. They didn't offer to help, like I've experienced in their stores. Overall, this store is clean and easy to shop. The prices are what they are and I do think they have some good deals, but not all are ideal. If you like bright colors and aren't the 'typical' size, you'll be able to find something to buy. They did have some neutral/basic colored clothes, but they tend to be on the bright or pattern side. Discounted Lululemon is always a good idea! read more

Well organized store, most items are where they are supposed to be in terms of clothing category and size. The employees are super nice too, I was asked at least five times if I needed any help. It's an outlet so don't expect finding too many popular neutral colors here, they mostly carry poppy bright colors. If you're a popular size like 4 or 6 it feels a little more slim pickings but I walked away with a grey studio dance cropped pants and an energy bra in blue. This place has a lot of bright hot pinks lol no idea why lululemon makes soooo many pink items I find that pink is hard to wear and it's kind of a polarizing color. You get a free bag if you buy which is nice gesture. read more

Lululemon outlet is finally opened! It's located across from Saks 5th. We came on a Friday early afternoon. There's no line to get in but still quite a lot of people inside. It's a good size store and price is cheaper than normal Lululemon. I was trying to find belt bags but there was only 1 color! Hope they have more color options in the future! read more

Staff was super friendly and service was good. They have a lot of good selection even items that I recently seen in the main stores in mall that were marked discounted ! I've always loved lululemon so I'm super excited they have an outlet version here. My only complaint is that it was hot in the store. Yall need to turn the AC on in there. Hella people going in and out lol! I got some good stuff!! Also, I felt like you really had to take your time to search for stuff because in some area they had a lot of certain sizes compared to others. I'm a large or medium but I saw an excessive amount of another size in one particular item which just overkilled the shelf and made it difficult and gave me hope in finding the one I wanted lol. Other than that i had a good shopping experience. also to mentioned all items are FINAL SALE, which means you can't return or exchange it. It is what it is. Despite the associates super throughly checking my snow jacket for sensors, they missed it on my scuba zip up in the most obvious spot. The manager was not helpful in mitigating having to go out of my way back to the store to get it removed the next day on my way out of town. Double check that the sensors get removed since it's final sale! Apparently they have an ongoing issue with the associates not checking the sensors. read more

As someone who lives in athleisure clothes on the daily, getting some quality clothes at a discount is always a good thing, so when I heard that Lululemon opened up an outlet store, I knew I had to check it out. The store was organized and spaced out really well. The women's clothes were on the left side of the store and the racks of men's clothes was on the right. They are split up by clothing type and sizes, which made shopping easy. Unfortunately for my sizes though, there wasn't a huge selection but I was still able to find some pants for 50% off retail, which was awesome. The good thing about Lululemon is that they'll hem the pants you buy. They don't do it at the this store, but I was able to take it to another lulu store close to home. The key to maximizing discounts is to have a member account (free to sign up, especially if you've ordered or purchase Lululemon elsewhere or online) bc it saved me extra on the promos offered at the store. Like with all outlets, it's hit or miss, but when you do find something for a good deal, it's hard to be disappointed. read more

I'd rather shop the We Made Too Much section of the website than the store. The selection was very similar with lots of your favorites in odd colors or sizes in stock. I appreciate that the store was organized by item type and size so that you could easily navigate the crowded racks, but it still felt a bit overwhelming. They have a lot of stock though and available dressing rooms to try things on. Overall, good options at fair prices, but the website is much easier to navigate for the same sale items! read more

My wife went inside to buy a few Things and she called me inside to use my military ID card for the discount. I walked in without waiting inline and was told to leave. All my wife had to do was pay. Unfortunately they told us to leave the store and was treated very rude. I have you know all I did was come inside to present my military card. I am a UNITED STATES ARMY COMBAT VETERAN with 3 combat tours to have my wife treated badly and myself. She has purchased many items in the passed. There was a long line to get into the store and as someone with a disability that does not allow me to stand in line I had a lot of trouble. There was a designated handicap door, but I was not allowed to use it. This made the store very inaccessible for me as someone with a disability. Additionally, there was a long line, and standing for an extended period caused me significant pain. When I tried to explain my disability to the manager, I think her name was Ari she was incredibly rude and dismissive, which made the experience even more frustrating and disheartening. Pretty well organized and decent selection in all sizes even for 4/6/8 sizes. It's an outlet, so you can't expect that they will have all of the trending colors. That being said, I found the selection pretty darn good and the prices are definitely amazing, better than what you get on the Lulu site under we made too much. That being said you have to dig more so it's a tossup. However, I still like being able to go into the store and try stuff on. Obviously, the best time to go is during the week versus the weekends. I was excited to visit this Lululemon outlet since it's closer than the Gilroy location. The selection seemed promising, with many things for men and women. We decided to purchase a dress and a belt bag. However, the cashier was cold and dismissive, especially when asking us which shopping bags we'd like, and returned with a snide comment. Those who do not hold excellent customer service skills should be in a different position. We went this Saturday and customer service was horrible with the exception of one person (Kyle). We asked if they could help us and see if they had something in a different size but they said they were too busy but some clearly weren't. Meanwhile in the fitting room 3 female employees were complaining of customers out loud. They were also acting smug The only Lululemon outlet which provides great service is Gilroy and selection is good too. MONICA at Gilroy store is extremely helpful.
