He has good knowledge of little pests. He looked behind my stove and blocked some of the entrances, looked under my fireplace and found tiny little footsteps where they had been. Turns out in the winter they like the warmth under the fireplace. He set about three or four traps; one in my garage, one by the outside of the fireplace and one in the backyard. Jonas would come every couple of weeks to check them and show me how much they'd eaten. It's been a couple of months now and I haven't seen any little pests around. Hopefully they won't return. Lately the upstairs rooms always felt dusty and the temperature kept changing a lot, cold at night and warm during the day. Someone suggested checking the attic and once it was opened it was pretty obvious the insulation was very old and the space needed a real cleaning. Team came out and took their time looking around first. They explained what they were seeing and why the old insulation was not really doing its job anymore. There was a lot of buildup, old insulation, dust, and just years of stuff sitting in the attic. Once they started removing everything it was kind of surprising how much came out. Whole attic was cleaned out properly before anything new went in. They also pointed out a few small openings where air was getting in and sealed those while they were up there. After that the new insulation was installed and the difference started to show pretty quickly. Upstairs already feels more comfortable and the house keeps the temperature much better. Air feels cleaner too, which was something that was noticed almost right away. One thing that stood out was how careful they were during the process. They covered areas they were walking through and cleaned everything before leaving so there was no mess left behind. Attic cleaning and insulation is probably one of those things people forget about until it becomes a problem. Looking back it probably should have been done earlier, but really glad it finally got taken care of. House feels better overall and it just gives peace of mind knowing the attic is clean and properly insulated now. Really good experience from start to finish.

We paid $7000 to have these people rodent proof our house, redo the insulation, and take care of…read morethe cleanup of any damage the rodents had done. We were told it included a 10 year warranty on their work, we've had to call the back 3 times and the issue still hasn't been resolved and now Richard Barns, the owner has not responded to me in over a week. The initial area I told him was my main concern was never addressed in any of the visits by any of his teams that he sent. We gave them $7000 and he can't even be bothered to return my texts. I'd like my money back for incomplete work and ignoring the warranty I paid for by ignoring my texts, but that's not going to happen from these kind of people. Not worth the money or time.
