He has good knowledge of little pests. He looked behind my stove and blocked some of the entrances, looked under my fireplace and found tiny little footsteps where they had been. Turns out in the winter they like the warmth under the fireplace. He set about three or four traps; one in my garage, one by the outside of the fireplace and one in the backyard. Jonas would come every couple of weeks to check them and show me how much they'd eaten. It's been a couple of months now and I haven't seen any little pests around. Hopefully they won't return. What happened with this guy?…read more A few years back, during the pandemic, Terry was helpful in cleaning my carpet. Yeah, he shared his controversial beliefs without being asked which was odd and uncomfortable, but he did the work. Fast forward to 2026, after thinking he had retired then being referred to him by another business, I tried his services again. After he arrived and talked at me for about 20-minutes, I took my dogs for a 40-minute walk while he was to clean a 3'x10.5' area. Upon my return he was packing up his supplies and said he was done. I believe all he did was spray Odoban, scrape his vacuum over the carpet and call it good. The carpet showed no sign of deep cleaning and these few weeks later the smell has returned... Odoban wears off, which explains why he left me with a bottle. Bottom line, Terry talks your ear off, you have a 50/50 chance he'll do the work needed, then has the audacity to charge $200 regardless. Also, he complained about his clients, and complained about Bellingham PD, then before he left he also managed to make derogatory statements about "illegals" driving up from Seattle and stealing his work. A "professional" spraying Odoban on carpet is not cleaning and certainly not worth the $200 he charged. While I prefer to entrust local businesses, I cannot use or recommend this one. I do NOT recommend this business, and I won't try a 3rd time.
