I brought this to the attention of the two cashiers & they blamed my car saying "new cars have no issue with this". Great, take no responsibility for your bad equipment, while insulting the customer at the same time. I know it's tough to sit on your duff & collect money for gas, but being courteous & respectful doesn't take a whole lot of effort either. Bottom line is, they couldn't care less! I'm thankful that this Chevron was here and on the right side of the road for me to turn into before getting back on 101. I was so excited to not have to drive out of the way that I didn't really pay much attention to cost or do any sort of price comparing, but it was well lit and the pumps worked quickly, which is key so late at night.

Went back the next day (7/4), met a manager named Luis, who acted extremely unprofessional, didn't care and just kept laughing in my face and telling me it is my fault. The next time I got my oil changed, the new shop I went to showed me the damage chevron did to my lug nuts. They were on crooked and almost stuck. It took a few guys and a mallet to finally get it off. I also asked for a filter change. I was charged for it with still a dirty filter. I doubt he even changed my oil at this point

I firmly believe they are skimming at this station. Seems every few months my father's card info gets stolen... and it's been going on for years. Maybe we do make a difference, maybe we don't, but these gas prices are ridiculously high. Here it's usually a good 50 cents cheaper per gallon than other places. The problem is the long lines and angry drivers cutting you off or going the wrong way. I've seen fights twice at this one location. Cheap gas at your own risk, that's for sure.
