San Pedro plumbing did the plumbing for our new home in Hereford, Arizona. The work was outstanding. But what gets them the 5 star review is the service after the job. As mentioned this was a new home with all new appliances supplied by GE. We were having problems with the stove. Flames were burning blue lite yellow and out of control. I called GE and was given a number for repair. I called they were open,it was Saturday, Labor Day weekend. I told them the situation and was told they could be there on Friday of the following week. I said to the person I could go to Lowes buy a new stove and have it delivered before then. She said then go ahead and do that. Afraid to use the stove I called the builder who called San Pedro Plumbing. Again being Labor Day weekend I was skeptical any one would be available. This was not the case the owner himself was at my front door within the hour. It turned out the wrong orifice was installed for natural gas and not propane as needed. He replaced them and the stove works fine. Perfect situation where it was not his problem, but he made it his problem, and fixed it. They have since been out to upgrade a faucet and we didn't have to wait forever. It was ordered on Thursday, Sept 21, and installed by Tuesday, Sept. 26. Wendy is extremely pleasant on the phone and to work with. His plumbers are first rate and again very pleasant.This is what we need more companies that put their customers first. San Pedro Plumbing Five stars due to the fast and excellent service. The mechanism in my toilet tank broke down this morning. I determined that repairs would not be cost effective since the entire system was old and the other working parts were also getting bad. My first call was to San Pedro Plumbing and I found a plumber happened to be in area and could be at my house within minutes. He did indeed arrive fast and installed a super system at a reasonable price in a little over an hour. The extra time was due to his needing some parts and the fact that the old system was difficult to remove due to the age and way it was installed. Mike, who did the work, also spent a lot of time cleaning the floor when he was finished. I told him the bathroom had never been that clean since I owned the house and asked him if he could also clean the kitchen floor! I relieved him from having to answer by admitting I was not serious. After following up with their office on a commercial gas Repipe in town The rude and obnoxious women, hung up without a discussion on why the follow up call. I called back to speak with the owner regarding the business and her customer service on the phone She would not give me the name of the owner, she would now tell me if she was the owner, and hung up with additional derogatory comments as she was hangin up again As a licensed Plumbing contractor from CA And owner of 3 businesses In AZ I am absolutely appalled by her as the point person and experience with this company in Sierra Vista. This was a good experience from start to finish. I was replacing the kitchen faucet myself and discovered that the shutoff valves not only wouldn't shut off, but they had been over-torqued onto the copper pipe stubs. Nothing I tried could make my new valves seal completely. The dispatcher was very helpful and sent an employee from a group job. He and his truck were clean and professional. He had better valves in the truck, repaired the wall stubs and got us back in service promptly. He got it right the first time. The price was reasonable with no extra charges for special service. I am a very happy customer and intend to call San Pedro Plumbing when it is time to replace my aging hot water heater. read more

New house which was plumbed by San Pedro Plumbing. Impeccable work. But now for the rest of the story...Ordered new washer and gas dryer from Best Buy. Paid for all the extra hookup stuff and was told by the sales staff that the people who delivered the dryer would be able to hook up the gas...NOT TRUE. Called one place and they couldn't get anyone here until Monday of the next week. It's Friday. Contacted San Pedro and told them what was happening and when the delivery folks showed up, contacted Wendy, and she had Chris come by and he was here before the delivery folks left. They gave me a price to replace a shower/tube valve and I agreed, they had to cut a hole in the wall to do the work. When the install was done they said they were done, when I asked about the sheet rock repair I was told they did not have the license for that work and left when I called the office I got the same song and dance! This is not a reliable company, they should have told me about the wall repair up front! read more
